Went to Pearl & Lime and overall had a really good night, with some definite standouts and a couple misses.

Food highlights:
The Chorizo nachos were hands down our favorite dish of the night. Super flavorful and loaded with toppings. Every bite hit.

Tacos were solid overall, with the pork belly being the biggest hit. The crispy avocado taco was good. The Tacos Gobernador were really flavorful and generously filled with shrimp. That said, they come topped with a salsa that’s a bit too saucy and makes the taco soggy if you don’t eat it immediately. The first few bites are great, but next time I’d ask for the sauce on the side.

Oysters were fresh and well-shucked, but the mignonette leaned more salsa-style and didn’t have that strong, vinegary punch I usually look for.

The biggest miss of the night was the Cachapas. They’re described as griddled corn cakes, but they lacked flavor and had more of a pancake-like texture. This one just didn’t land for us.

Drinks were a win. The El Guapo was nicely balanced—tart with just enough sweetness. The espresso martini with coconut was surprisingly delicious. We did want to try dessert, but unfortunately weren’t told it was last call, so by the time we tried to order we had just missed it. Would’ve loved a heads-up.

Vibe & atmosphere:
I’d absolutely come back for the vibes alone. Great music all night, really cute space, and it gets more bumpin’ as the night goes on.

One downside:
The front door is right in the middle of the restaurant, and every time it opened it got painfully cold. We had to keep our jackets on the entire time.

Bottom line:
Great atmosphere, fun drinks, and some standout dishes—even with a few misses. Feels like a 3.5, but rounding up to 4 stars for the vibe and knowing what to order next time.

Cute little spot with great food and great drinks. Great gluten free and vegetarian options clearly labeled! Has dedicated gluten free fryer. If there’s issues with it they will let you know.

WOW this will become a few go-to spot!!! So pleasantly surprised with the super fresh high-quality food and really standout cocktails. That salsa roja is addicting – I want the recipe!
Favorites were the virgin ginger lime ricky, all the dips in the trio, the fish taco, and the chorizo taco.
And the friendliest service, we felt so welcome being new to the area 🙂

This is my second time coming here, the service is great, both times the waiters were amazing, better than most restaurants, both times the waiters gave us complimentary items. The food is amazing, the chicken taquitos are to die for, the carne asada tacos are amazing, very flavorful, all the food is on par if not better than what you get in Mexico. The atmosphere is nice, the music is great and the lighting is calm. Over all the restaurant is amazing and we gave compliments to the chefs.

it was good until the random menu change, the carne asada tacos were perfect until they completely changed the recipe

update: as of writing this, their online menus still show photos of the old recipe. bad practice.

The Drinks. The Food. The Vibes. Awesome place to pop in for some cocktails and stellar tacos and raw bar. They don’t explicitly say “no kids” but it is very apparent that they don’t want them there in the evening. Just a tip. I don’t hold that against them.

I’ve given this place two chances, but I don’t think I’ll come back a third time.

There are normal dining tables, high tables, and bar seats. I did not have any trouble getting a table without a reservation for either lunch or dinner. During dinner, the lighting is quite low with candles at each table.

I’ve tried almost all of the tacos, and the crispy pork belly is my favorite. It lives up to its name of being crispy, and the flavor is balanced. All of the other tacos were just ok. The meats were pretty dry, and the tortillas almost tasted stale. I also tried the raw oysters and papas bravas, but nothing notable about them.

This place was amazing and we can’t wait to go back. The service was tremendous and the food was stellar. Chips and guac are on par. We had the potatoes bravas and they weren’t the best we’ve ever had but they were fine. But the tacos blew our socks off, and the al pastor quesadilla did too. They were UNREAL. You have to get the Carne Asada taco. Fish taco came with a huge chunk of fish. Very filling. Drinks were good too, even their lime rickey. The only thing I wish I could change is their house made hot sauce which is on every table. It was very bad, tasted like wine and I’ve never had anything like that but I’m kind of a hot sauce snob. Regardless, that’s me nitpicking.

Definitely go there, you will not be disappointed!

Cute inexpensive sit down joint. Presentation and flavor of food, phenomenal. The host and waitress were amazing. I personally felt they went heavy with the lime on the street corn. I’m not sure if it was a corn or wheat tortilla for my shrimp tacos but I didn’t enjoy it for that reason alone. The fixings of the taco were flavorful. My husband enjoyed the food more. We’d definitely return in the future.

Keep going back for the Fluke Crudo!

This place is very nice. I like the ambiance a lot. The music is awesome! It’s sure to put you in a good mood or a dancing mood to be exact. They have seating outside if you prefer fresh air. The host are good and patience. You should do a reservation if you want to be sure to get a table on busy nights. It’s not very big and gets full quickly. However, the bar usually has place to sit.
The food is different for Quincy since it’s a mix of USA food with Mexican with a twist.
I have gone about 3 times now and the food still hasn’t disappointed me. I only wish the menu was bigger, with more selection. Our go to dish is the Fluke Crudo snd the skullcrusher for drink.
