this will be my second time ordering takeout. I have lived in the area for a year now and road pass a few times and decided to check it out. I am not disappointed. Food is delicious, fresh and one of the things that I love the best is they provide condiments napkins and Packages of sauce without having to be asked. The previous place that I was going to another mile down is no comparison so far I have had shrimp and snow peas and today I had chicken fried rice delicious and I will be returning.!

A simple order of two sushi rolls and a seaweed salad- upon picking it up when marked ready I returned home and the seaweed salad was covered in white fungi and had a sour smell.
The American Roll looked as if the eel sauce had been added days ago.
When I called the manager didnt seem bothered and was telling me to simply request a refund on doordash.
After advising him that its not acceptable to sell bad food AND give your customers the runaround to get refunded for bad food provided he reluctantly agreed to call door dash himself and stated the refund will take place in 3-7 days.
There was no apology for the health concern at all.

We always get take out, usually large orders, and they always give us a freebie noodle or rice, and sometimes cookies with tea as well. The food is delicious and online ordering is very streamlined for keeping complicated orders and requests straight.

I love ordering from Pearl. I’m a regular customer, and I feel that they have a very good level of consistency, between great taste, beautiful presentation, and the speed in which they prepare orders. In addition, the fact that they offer both a Chinese and a Japanese food menu means that I get to mix and match. I miss the Cantonese food from San Francisco, so it’s a nice place to get my fix. I’m also really happy that they’re open late! (Just a note: They’re closed on Mondays.)
They don’t offer delivery, but I feel extremely safe ordering pick-up from them. Their COVID safety procedures are top-notch, and they’ve built what’s basically an airlock system where you can safely pay without coming into contact with anyone. They do a great job all around!

I ordered wings with vegetable fried rice, nothing in the description mentions it’s spicy and I’ve also ordered this platter before.. we pickup around 9:25, get home and find it has hot red peppers all over the rice. I cannot eat spicy foods and now they’re closed. Inconsistent food preparation, not wasting my money here again.

Scam Alert! I ordered food. What was a $15 meal was just “Upcharged” because they stated that I “Requested a bigger size.” I absolutely did NOT order a different size. They are a scam. I asked for gen tso. I got chicken in water…. Don’t buy here.
