This was our 1st time here we actually stopped in randomly from being at the glasses repair shop next door and come to our great random stop in for some boba they had so many more options so we tried quit a few things everything was so good! The chicken tikka sandwich was delicious! The biscoff cheesecake was good! The lavender ice cream was my favorite not over sweet and not over powered by the taste of lavender it was perfectly smooth and the perfect treat! We sampled most of the ice cream flavors and they were all different yet good! This is a small business made from 2 ppl husband and wife and there’s only 2 locations in the whole metroplex. We loved this place so much we added it to our favs on maps and will definitely be stopping by more frequently even if it’s just fix our caffein addiction with their salted caramel latte with lavender soft top! We had the pleasure to speak and receive the best customer service from Nat The pearl cafe owner. I really hope this cafe gets the success it deserves. 🙂

We were looking to try new dessert places in Richardson and came across Pearl cafe! I happen to pass it all the time and just now noticed it!! We walked in and were immediately greeted by Natasha, the owner. She was so sweet. We ordered the biscoff cookie crepes and Oreo Nutella cheesecake on a stick. The shop was cute actually opens pretty late! The crepes were hot and melt in your mouth and the cheesecake was so pretty! You could tell they put care in the desserts that they make. While we were eating, Natasha actually offered us some dumplings to try as part of their new late night Indian snack menu and they were delicious! The staff here are so considerate. We will definitely come back!

Omg one of the best pani puri I’ve had! I didn’t see a review so I went in blind cause they were one of the only places open with pani puri and they did NOT disappoint. Yummmmmy the mint pani was just the right spice for me & the tamarind sauce just made everything come together!! I ran out of puri and used tortilla chips that’s how good everything was I couldn’t waste a drop of stuffing this will be my go to and I can’t wait to try other items there!

I got Biscoff Cookie Butter Waffle two days ago it was sweet soft and warm and delicious . I went again with my friend and got Strawberry Banana Nutella (I switched out strawberry drizzle with chocolate) and my friend got the Mixed Berry Cheesecake (with different drizzle I think what they put on Biscoff) it’s so beautiful and super filling you will be full within one bite. Could share one waffle with two people. I will say it’s best to get some type of fruit with it since it so sweet but nonetheless super yum will be back. Also the staff is super sweet and willing to accommodate to your preferences ❤️.

I typically don’t like giving less than five stars because I understand it’s so important for local small businesses to maintain a positive rating on google & yelp!
In this case too I’m giving five stars, however I have some feedback for the owners:
The ice cream and desserts were not up to par. The ice cream was not creamy & the chocolate cake was dry.
And serving desserts for people dining in you could make it a little more presentable.
The place could use a little TLC & cleaning.
The customer service was great & the staff was friendly.

I always have a good experience at this location. Everyone is polite and helpful, even when you come in 15 minutes before closing. But not this time. I came in an hour before closing, so I didn’t think there would be any issues at all. I ordered a drink which I usually get, and I didn’t think that her being on the phone while preparing my order would be an issue, but clearly it was, since I could barely taste the flavor of the drink after she prepared it. I went back in to let her know, and she offered to remake the drink. However, I heard her complaining to the person she was speaking to over the phone about the situation. I’m sorry, but it is because of your negligence that I had to come back in. I wouldn’t have cared had this been a cheap drink, but the prices have gone up, and I paid over 10 dollars for a drink that I only get once in a while, so I was really looking forward to it. I will come back to this location because I don’t think one bad experience is worth going to another cafe, but I would appreciate better customer service next time.

not sure if the time of day had anything to do with it but we got Ferrero Rocher Crepe and a raspberry cheesecake and the crepe was genuinely so bad. it wasn’t cooked all the way through and it was chewy and wet. the cheesecake tasted like a defrosted one from costco honestly i was super disappointed because this place was rated super high. We went there around 9:30 PM

This place totally hit the spot for our late-night cravings. I had the corn, capsicum, cheese & chicken sandwich, it was absolutely delicious, warm, and perfectly balanced. Paired it with their Korean strawberry matcha, which was not only pretty but super refreshing.
My friend tried the blueberry pancakes and the dirty biscoff. The vibe was cozy, staff were friendly, and everything came out fresh. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort food with a creative twist!

I had the dessert unicorn, and I felt the synapses in my brain jump. Honestly this is one of the best drinks I had in my life. Everything on the menu I tried at this place so far has been 10/10. Not a 9 but a perfect 10. I dont know how thier menu could improve. I wish more people came here, they deserve the business.
