Peaky Peak is genuinely my favorite coffee shop right now. Not only is it a much-needed small-business coffee shop in a neighborhood that is lacking anything like it, it is also so delicious that I crave walking there to grab a Vietnamese coffee almost every day. It is just a short jaunt down from Lincoln Station, so even if you are waiting for a train (or you missed your train), you can get a drink or a pastry to go. I lived for a long time in Europe, and I really missed walking to the cafe to grab my cappuccino and croissant. Now, I can gain because this lovely shop opened up. All of their drinks are crafted beautifully with great ingredients, and you can taste the quality. The seasonal cold/fruit drinks are also made in-house and are so delicious! Q, the owner, is a great, community-minded man who runs his coffee shop with passion and pride, you can tell. He makes a point to ask about your family, your day, and make your visit special. Finally, the outdoor seating is pleasant and wonderfully shaded by large, beautiful trees. It is my favorite spot to sit in the dappled shade and write on my laptop or catch up with friends. I cannot recommend this cafe more.

This shop is so fricken cute! I love the atmosphere and the vibes inside. It is so cozy! A perfect place to work from! The baristas were so nice as well and helped me decide what to order. They have lots of yummy food options as well which I unfortunately was not able to try this time around.
The coffee I ordered was a vanilla latte with oatmilk. It was okay, but unfortunately tasted a little burnt or something. Some sips were yummy and some were a little off, but it was still a decent coffee overall!

This charming cafe is located conveniently close to lots of shopping at Park Meadows mall and houses an airy, warm and welcoming feel throughout the space. It’s well saturated with natural light and also offers outdoor seating beneath cheerful yellow umbrellas for those who want to feel the fall crisp air and hear the leaves rustle overhead. Our order was delivered most speedily, and the friendly, accommodating owner actually came to our table to make sure everything was right. My husband loved the flavor of his drip coffee, and my own breve was both rich and tasty. Our charcuterie board was scrumptious and inhaled within five minutes. We look forward to returning again soon. While it’s only been open a month or so, I can see it becoming a staple in the community for years to come. Highly recommend checking this place out.

The shrimp toast & matcha are EXCELLENT. Crispy, hot, flavorful and great portions. The space is clean, aesthetic and lots of places to get comfy and locked into work. I love the coffee and charcuterie concept, it’s part cafe, part restaurant. The owners are lovely, warm, down to earth people who love what they do and are so intentional on variety and QUALITY in everything they touch. They were sharing all the recipes they are testing for their customers and how they hunted for the best matcha to source. Love this place!!!

I had the opportunity to attend Peaky Peak’s grand opening this last Saturday! I was able to meet the faces behind the business and they were such a delight treating myself and others as if we had been family friends for years. You can see the passion and enthusiasm for their newly opened business and I’m so excited to see where they take it.
The atmosphere, food, and service were all absolutely amazing. I ordered their flight which included coconut, egg tiramisu, taro ube, and pumpkin spice. They were all delicious but the egg tiramisu was probably my favorite with coconut being a close second. Along with my flight I also ordered a lox bagel!
I came back in the evening as the vibes change after 4pm with the addition of cocktails and small bites. I ordered a banh mi board to share with a friend and a cocktail. Both were phenomenal! The banh mi board tasted just like a traditional Vietnamese banh mi and the cocktail I had was handcrafted perfectly!
This place has been added to my list of places I look forward to coming back to whether with friends or on my own to sit down and focus on any work I may need to do!

This place is delicious for variety reason, they have different kind of Vietnamese coffee. Their coffee flight was the best but overall the pumpkin spice coffee was the best thing I have ever tasted and not even a huge fan of pumpkin spice. Would highly recommend to come here. They also have cocktails and small food to eat here. Great place to come by to socialize as well as doing work/studying. The customer service is great and very modern and clean inside.

Vietnamese coffee!!! This coffee is bold (blend of robusta & arabica) but the coolest part is that they work directly with farmers in Dak Lak (Vietnam’s Central Highlands region) and that’s where they source their beans.
The coffee shop has a minimalist chic aesthetic. The owner and everyone behind the counter were patient, kind, and informative. At their suggestion, we got a Vietnamese marble drip with peppermint cold foam ( they make their own ), a Cortado with oat milk, and a pain suisse. All three were delicious and the right amount of sweet. If you love pastries that are super chocolatey but not super sweet, get the pain suisse!
So good, we bought beans for home Will be back every time we’re in the Lone Tree area & we’re bringing more friends!

The owners are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! The coffee flights are delicious and beautiful to look at. Everything on the menu is made from quality products and the syrups and cold foams are homemade. I bought some of their Vietnamese coffee beans and tried to recreate the deliciousness at home. The coffee is full bodied, bold and delicious iced. good The steak baguette was flavorful and I literally inhaled it! I will be going back every time I’m in Colorado.

After mountain biking, Vietnamese beans roasted from Vietnam hits the spot! Authentic! What a great rich blend for a Traditional Vietnamese coffee in crushed ice, not ice blocks! Classy coffee shop with high-end, comfortable seating. Yes, we will drive 20 miles, make a day of it again and check out the food menu!

Cute, spacious cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. We went with the coffee flight and banh mi charcuterie board. The coffee was delicious — not overwhelmingly strong as some Vietnamese coffee’s are and the creme flavors were well balanced and not super sweet.
The charcuterie board is a cute idea. They make their own pate and mayonnaise, which were both delicious. Truthfully, it’s quite expensive for what it is, but it was a fun experience nonetheless. A good amount of food for two adults for a mid-afternoon snack.
