My family and I have visited peach cobbler factory numerous time and always enjoy it but today 2/28 I am not sure what happen. My husband got the sweet potato cobbler and it definitely was not cobbler. It was so dry. Very disappointed because never had this issue before.

We had a major sweet tooth craving after eating BBQ in the city. I did a Google search and Preach Cobbler Factory showed up and we were close enough to make the detour and boy am I happy we did! I went for the namesake peach cobbler and also got the red velvet cheesecake. The crust was a tiny tiny bit too hard but I did put it in the fridge before I ate it so that could be user error lol. The taste was great not too slimy, the ice cream was your basic vanilla ice cream but still taste. The red velvet cheesecake situation was yum yum yum. I wish we would have gotten 2! Will definitely go again and try new flavors!

Stopped into peach cobbler factory right before closing and didn’t feel rushed in the store or anything. The gentleman working the front desk was nice and courteous and offered suggestions. The peach cobbler one is really good! The red velvet one is good too. Maybe try turning the ice cream into the milk shake consistency, it melted before we could get to the car. Overall great experience will return and try again.

My boyfriend and I went here Friday night. It was his first time here, I’ve eaten at Barrett Pkwy location multiple times. I got the Oreo banana pudding, he got the original peach cobbler. I’ve never had an issue with the food until Friday. My boyfriend got sick almost immediately and threw all of his food up, including things from earlier that day. He also has had the runs since Friday, an unusual reaction for him. My stomach also started hurting immediately but I only had the runs, I feel like I’ve lost 10 pounds. I’ve never had this experience at the Barrett parkway location. Maybe this location needs to go back over food safety training, particularly cross contamination and cleanliness. It’s now Sunday and me and my boyfriend are still having stomach issues from this. Their practices need to be reviewed.
As far as the food, I believe their banana pudding is much better than their cobblers. I haven’t tried anything other than that bc the photos they advertise look nuts. My boyfriend said his cobbler was extremely goopy and syrupy.
As far as customer service, it was just ok. I’ve worked in customer service and there’s some basics they’re missing. My boyfriend and I were obviously standing together , when he said what he wanted, the cashier immediately said the total instead of making sure we were done ordering. I had to interject and order my banana pudding. There was no real customer service from them. The cashier wasn’t outright rude but there’s a way you do things.

A great place with great deserts.
Came in shortly before closing on July 17. The guy that was working there was all alone and they were quite busy. His customer service and skill were amazing. He was probably tired at the end of a long day, but was still courteous and quick. All of our desserts were packaged perfectly, tasty, and hot.

I was so happy to finally try this place. Me and my brother read the reviews and thought this place was going to be amazing.

The peach cobbler was Nasty and barely had any flavor. The syrup was extremely thick. The crust had no flavor. I was highly disappointed. There were a lot of peaches and barely any crust. Maybe some other dishes are better, but this ain’t it. This is a waste of $18.
I’d rather go to a soul food restaurant.

I ordered the dessert flight on Uber Eats. The price is $22. It was on a buy one, get one free special. After the tip I paid a little over $31. Look at the picture of what was advertised. Look at what I got. SMH. The dough in the apple cobbler is not even done.

I’ve visited another peach cobbler factory before, but never this location so I wanted to try it. The customer service here was awesome, and the staff was so sweet. The waiting area was clean. However, the desert is not that good. The cobbler not fresh or warm, and taste a little old.

Had a crazy peach cobbler craving and assumed an OG, normal, standard, no frills peach cobbler would likely be their best dish. But I have to agree with previous reviews.
The peach cobbler was not flavorful, the syrup/compote was extremely thick and gelatinous, and there were far too many peaches and far too little crust. I must add that most soul food restaurants, including one in the same shopping center, make peach cobbler better. The customer service was pleasant and the interior space of the restaurant was clean.
