Another icon of the Delta. Indianola’s best kept secret is no secret to anyone from the Delta!

Great & famous fried shrimp, amazingly tender fried steak fingers and burgers, original and floating (in chili).

The fried baskets are plenty of food and a good value. The salads are served near-ice cold with excellent homemade dressings.

Crispy fries.

Crazy good chocolate milkshakes!!

The food quality here is excellent. Service is friendly and they care that you have a great experience.

Excellent ice too, the pellets!

A good, casual, comfortable place to get quality food.

I really enjoy the chicken sandwich here. The French fries are pretty plain so be prepared to put salt and/or pepper on them (or maybe douse them in ketchup). My spouse has tried the Floating Burger and enjoyed it as well as the oyster poboy which he said was delicious. If you have a sweet tooth like me definitely get the hot fudge brownie.

Hit every spot that I needed it to hit when I was having a craving of some good home cooking while in Mississippi right off of 82. This is the perfect place for you to stop grab some hot fresh meat to order food and then keep on going down your way. The staff is extremely friendly and nice and the ice cream never stops. It’s homemade as well.

Every year I would come to this area of the on vacation. I’ve came from GA and SC. I always go to PeaSoups to get my absolute favorite grilled chicken salad with their absolute amazing dressing. Being a creature of habit I just like what I like and they do it absolutely perfect. You may say “how hard is it to mess up a salad” believe me it’s been done.
Keep up the amazing food, service and vibe it matters!

Great food and service. Even though I was completely full from my Taco Salad, and stealing some fried shrimp from my buddy’s plate, I still had room for a hot fudge sundae.
I rarely get fried shrimp because it tends to be disappointing but this place had big shrimp fried in good, well maintained oil. I think we are going back, so I can order my own fried shrimp.

Ate lunch here while passing through. We love to patronize locally owned businesses and saw this one and had to try it out. We were not disappointed. We recommend it, if you are in town.

I love pea soups! I try something new every time I go in, and I have not been disappointed yet! The homemade ranch is incredible on a salad or for dipping chicken strips yummy! The staff is amazing and it’s a very laid back comfortable restaurant that I recommend highly. Try the ice cream!!!

This is definitely a go to place to eat. We pulled into town and was wondering where to go eat. We looked at the reviews and decided to try it. What an amazing place. Everyone was so nice. My husband had the shrimp poor boy sandwich and homemade onion rings. He said it was so good ( if you knew him he does not say that very often). The bread was so soft and fresh. I had the grilled chicken salad. It was real good too. They make there own 1000 island and ranch dressing not sure about the other dressing. It is a very casual place you go to the counter and order your food and they bring it to your table. They continually come around to make sure everything is OK and if we need anything else. You can tell it is a small town it seemed like everyone that came in knew each other and had pleasant conversations with each other. I definitely will be back if I ever come back again. Please give it a try you won’t be sorry. I forgot to mention everything is made to order. So it is very fresh when it comes to your table.
