PDX Sliders: Portland’s Ultimate Destination for Flavorful Burgers …
Reviews
You order at the counter and get a number to put at your table. I ordered the Sellwood, Steel, and Burlington sliders. The sliders were large, but did not taste very good. The patties were very salty.
I also got the Philly over fries (loaded fries – you can get any slider over fries). This was so salty. Please don’t get it.
The place is huge but definitely feels more of a bar than a burger place.
Staff is nice enough. Sufficiently attentive and friendly.
I would not recommend this place.
Food was good as always. Lots of great options.
We were there specifically to try the chicken sandwhich for sandwhich week and it was pretty good.
The guy taking the orders must have been new because he didn’t know what the sandwhich was for sandwhich week or what was on it (I ordered it anyways) and when I asked what drinks they had he just pointed at the fridges….
I also was a little sad that the patio seating upstairs was for 21+ cause my kids really wanted to sit up there.
Overall I liked that atmosphere and the food was good.
10/10 would recommend!
So we happily went inside ordered up full size burgers (plus a kids menu full 6oz. burger with fries and a juice for the great price of $10) and fries ($5 each). I got their special of the day = a Chopped Cheese sandwich. The burgers were just OK. No lettuce and no tomato and the burgers were kind of burned – so they tasted pretty plain and dark. None of us care for a burnt tasting burger, but luckily I had gotten the Chopped Cheese and it was very good and juicy. The brioche bun it was on seemed a few days old as it was very crumbly and didn’t feel warm. Despite that, I would say it was the best thing we had at the table.
The prices are high. I believe the Chopped Cheese was likely over 20 bucks (unless they charge for ketchup (!!) which I just read in another review), if my calculations are right, which is quite a bit of money for what it was. I don’t think we’ll come back but thank you for being open and letting us try your place out.
Staff was kind and helpful. It’s such a good vibe. The bartender was straightforward and chill. Nice gentle sir that works there checked on me when I got locked outside on the patio (trying to take a video for the review.) Definitely will be back when I can sit on the patio.
Burger was perfect medium, melted in my mouth, and was so flavorful. 10 out of 10. Delicious. Definitely recommend you try it out yourself. Loved the items we ordered.
We got x2 Sellwood, Portland, & Fremont.
Then x1 of each Steel & Marquam.

Double Beef, Bacon, White American Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Aioli on Brioche.
10 out of 10 stars
$7.50 for a Slider $15 for Full Burger Size.
They’ve converted the restaurant space to be pretty nice. The tables at the back are super comfy. Little warm inside on a hot day, but not too bad.
