Went to PDQ last week. Ordered. When the young man brought out our order, he also gave us 2 coupons for free dinner for waiting so long. That was nice. Went last nite to use our coupons….Husbands 5 piece tenders, waffle fries and bread…all was hot. I ordered 5 piece grilled chicken, only got 4 and not hot. Ordered broccoli, it was good and hot. Didn’t get bread, asked about it. He brought it out in an aluminum bag and it was cold. Won’t go back.

Thank you so much to PDQ for making things right with my order! I was in a foul mood and asked for extra honey mustard sauce — it’s one of the main reasons I go to PDQ. When I got home and realized I only had two sauces for nine tenders, I was honestly so disappointed.
I went back, and the manager was incredibly accommodating. She didn’t just fix the sauce issue — she remade all of the food so it would be hot and fresh. Even though I was a bit huffy, she was kind, patient, and absolutely delightful.
My parents wanted to go to Capital Grille, and I chose PDQ over Capital Grille — that’s how much I love this place. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Thank you for the great customer service and for turning my day around!

I have a love hate relationship with this location.
Super nice employees. Food does 95% of the time taste great.
However, they do seem to forget little things sometimes. Second time visiting, they forgot my fries. Twice they forgot the cheese I paid extra for on my chicken sandwich. This time….those things listed before I can forget, but this one I cannot.
I mentioned they forgot to add cheese to my sandwich the other day, and they did slide a “next meal is on us” card into my bag. I am thankful, however …….the picture below is what sets me off. The fries are about 2$. Cheese is a 1.20 a slice. which means that is a total of $4.40 with the fries. Just look at this sandwich…..the meal was 11$. Just can’t believe it can even pass as a chicken breast. This is a sandwich for little kids who like the extra spice.
I hate confrontation so I don’t even wanna mention it to them and honestly, I am sure they would make up for it. We’ll have to see the next time I go in.

Got an order. This time I didn’t ask fo cheese. Manager put it on for me. I’ve gone way too much because she knows me by name now and what cheese I like. Either way, bumped it up a star because while I hate complaining to get things, she didn’t have to do it. And it’s things like that is what makes restaurants thrive.

Sarah greeted me right away with a smile, waited patiently while I looked at the menu, was polite, helpful, and considerate. I was impressed because most people her age don’t care. She did. Shw deserves a raise. Make her a trainer. No, I am not a relative or friend of hers.

The Food was good, I would say this chicken house is very similar to Chick-fil-A- however they serve wings. The wings were very good size, snd cooked homogeneous- the sauces were made well and tasty. We also had chicken sandwiches and some sides, the Wachos -waffle fry nachos were good but they were a little skimpy on the toppings, the broccoli was good but served cold, the zucchini fried were good but a little greasy. Chicken A +, sides C – , the shake was good texture but not too chocolaty – overall good experience, very clean and the service was super fast. The price tag (( high )) not sure if worth the premium.

This place puts any other fast food chicken to shame. It’s white meat chicken with real flavor and always crispy. My only request would be the chicken sandwiches really vary in size of the meat. Sometimes it’s a good size and sometimes it’s a skimpy piece of meat.

I came across this restaurant the other day and thought I would try it out. The menu is limited to chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders for the meats. I was looking for a fast food option other than KFC. I was disappointed. The way of preparing the food is different than I’ve seen anywhere in regards to fast food. I could see them putting together my order through the window, and I could also see where there’s room for improvement. The waste of money on a position that is not necessary.
I can only say that the lady who helped me through ordering was at the window, face to face with me rather than through a speaker. I did like that. She was eager and happy!!
The taste of the food was not a memorable one for me to want to go back.
