The salad was good and fresh but the spicy tenders weren’t spicy enough for me.

The waffle fries were not good at all. It taste bitter because of the oil, chic fil a fries are the greatest. I was bummed. I also orders The deluxe sandwich is good and tasty.

Food is okay. But the amount of plastic you get from one single order is absurd. I ordered a four piece tender meal and got three separate plastic containers (one for every two tenders for some reason + one for fries), plastic cups for the sauces, plastic cup, plastic straw, and a paper bag WHICH THEY THEN PUT IN A PLASTIC BAG. This doesn’t even include the plastic wrap that’s on top of the fork and the straw. It’s ridiculous, this was for one order. I assume if you order a family meal they actually just pull a live turtle out of the ocean and shoot it in the face. We’re right next to the ocean, all of this crap is not recyclable and ends up rotting for hundreds of years. I don’t see how every other restaurant provides the same service with significantly less plastic. Completely ruins the experience for me and I won’t be returning. Also the meal on the board was $9.50 and for whatever reason it rang up as $15 with no substitutions.

This PDQ is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff/employees are professional, courteous and very down to Earth. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend dining in or out from here. The chicken is so good it made me want more. Lol. The waffle fries were crisp and tasty and everything was an overall amazing experience. Please give these people their props because they’re doing an excellent job and providing quality service and product.

I should have known better when I walked into an empty PDQ, and my first clue was the number of dirty tables. It’s such a disappointment because the food used to be good here, but this experience was a total 180 from my last visit. The lack of cleanliness should have been a red flag, but I decided to give it a shot.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, and when it arrived, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was lukewarm, and the chicken looked like it had been redipped in the fryer—like it was a leftover, reheated just to get it out the door. Even worse, the lettuce on the sandwich was a single large piece that hadn’t been properly separated. I was stunned that a place like this would cut such corners, especially when it used to serve decent food.
There was no way this sandwich was made to order. It was ready almost immediately after I placed my order, which made it clear they were just cranking out pre-made sandwiches in bulk. It seemed like the cook wasn’t interested in putting any effort into their work at all. No pride in their craft, no attention to detail, and certainly no care for the customer experience.
The workers looked absolutely miserable, too, which really added to the overall bad vibe. It’s clear they’ve lost their passion for this place, and I don’t blame them. The restaurant was dirty, the food was awful, and the atmosphere was downright depressing. I won’t be returning after this—PDQ has gone downhill fast.

This place is amazing, the service is always great and efficient. I would say that this is the best chicken in Florida.
Even though I live far away from this location, compared to the one in Plantation, I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes due to the quality and service here.

PERFECT chicken tenders in no time at all. Fresh and hot in about 4 minutes which is so much better than CFA or RC. The spicy breading on the spicy tenders was amazing as it had way more kick than you normally get in the breading. Super friendly staff. I loved the garlic toast. Perfect place if only the fries were not waffle. I love a good fresh cut standard fry especially to dip in cheese.
