The food was very good overall. My wife and I both loved the Crispy Deluxe Sandwich, it was definitely the highlight of our meal. The mac and cheese wasn’t the best, but it was decent enough to finish.
The prices were a little higher than what I’m used to, averaging around $13–$15 per meal, but overall it was still a solid experience.

We ordered to go for 5 of us, our office is like 5 minutes away from this location. The order was ready on time and hot fresh and delicious. The Team welcomed me with a big smile and said enjoy your food, nice touch!! If you haven’t tried a PDQ you are missing out !!!

First time at any PDQ. Chicken tenders are excellent, better than CFA, about equal to Raising Cane’s.
The waffle fries are not good, much worse than CFA waffle fries.
The sauces were a mixed bag, ranch was pretty terrible, but sweet Sriracha was delicious. Sauce portions were too small but only because I didn’t like one of them ; if I’d liked both then the portion was ok. Garlic toast was not very good. RC toast is definitely better, but nobody is going here for a piece of toast, right?
I would eat here again but would only get chicken and a drink. My recommendation is to definitely skip the fries.
Service was fast and excellent and dining room was fairly clean, especially for a Saturday after likely being busy all day.

I have never had a bad experience when I visited this location. We had a fundraiser for son’s baseball team there Monday night & we stopped in for dinner with some of his teammates. Victoria & Jacob were extremely helpful with all of us. They treated us like family and not like we were a burden. Because of them & their team, I will continue going back.

The food is fresh, the cleanness of a restaurant is magnificent and the most important are people! Customer service! What a difference since about a year ago we’ve been here(that was actually the main turn down we decided not to come back anymore because of a past horrible customer service) Hurray to PDQ management and all that they done! Dania Beach “Dania Pointe” plaza restaurant ROCKS! Thanks to Jay and Mike especially, who are the first hand provided unforgettable experience! 🙂

Waited and waited in the drive through lane for nobody to ever come to the window. Absolutely unacceptable. I drove around twice to see people run to the back and avoid taking a freaking order.
Edit: raising my rating because the owner is a star and immediately reached out to resolve.
The food is great, it’s just hard to find good employees sometimes and people are people.

Had a great onsite experience with my daughter — thanks to the new manager, Jay. He was incredibly welcoming, aretentive, and on top of everything. We couldn’t help but notice how proactive and initiative-driven he was in keeping the restaurant and tables clean and tidy. His presence genuinely elevated the atmosphere and made our visit feel cared for.

I just left PDQ’s at approximately 8:56p.m. and the entire staff tonight was pleasant and refreshingly working together like a superbowl winning Team!! The man/manager Max is the Epitome of customer service! I see why he’s getting a promotion! PDQ should be honored to have Max working for your company in which I know that you are- hence Max’s promotion!
