We get pdq often, and it’s usually very tasty, but whoever was working today 12/7/25 needs to do better. I always order the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, add garlic parm, extra pickle, extra tomato, no pdq sauce, add mayo. The sandwich that arrived today was beyond disgusting, with one flimsy piece of lettuce, and no other veggies. It was not even crispy because it was soaked in the garlic parm, and the chicken tasted so nasty on the one small bite I tried. The entire box was covered in grease because it was so saturated in the garlic parm sauce and the sandwich it’s self. The fries from both of our meals were cold and soggy which I totally understand happening with delivery but I will say that usually they are way better. Even the DR Pepper from The chicken tender meal was not normal, it tasted like a more watery version of a sparkling water, not soda. The chicken tenders that my boyfriend always gets were subpar at best, usually very crispy, they were soft and soggy. We usually always enjoy our weekly or bi weekly order to treat ourselves with convience and a little fast food cheat meal, but I don’t think we will be back after this.

Okay listen don’t mind the photos I was in middle of my meal when I said I needed to leave a review! Move over chick fil an and millers! Their chicken was fresh the waffle fries are on point. Their toast had some crispy melted cheese if I’m not mistaking! So good buffalo sauce garlic sauce were my favorite as well as the cranapple oatmeal cookie

I give it an all over 4.5 stars. The service was friendly, even to the point of checking on me while I ate. I just wasn’t that impressed by the tenders. That’s just my opinion, they may be great for you, go try them for yourself. Place was clean, people were nice, overall good experience.

If you haven’t been to PDQ you are missing out! These workers are truly “people dedicated to quality!” Not only do they honor military every first Monday of the month for “Military Monday,” but the food is absolutely amazing!!! The sauces are so delicious and the variety is out of this world! The food is always fresh and the workers are always friendly! If you haven’t been, you are truly missing out! Also, military you must go enjoy your 50% off your order on “military Mondays!”

Waited 20 minutes on our food, nobody else in line and nobody inside. The staff was inside making trick shots into the trash can and dancing. We got 2 sauced nugget meals and they tasted nothing like they usually do. We didn’t even eat them

I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was way over cooked and very chewy. The fries were very good and I like the ketchup pumps, they are under pressure so you don’t have to pump. I don’t like having employees asking me multiple times if I need anything, and their trendy menu at the counter is kinda hard to order off of if your not a regular.

This location has excellent service, and the food is always cooked properly and tasty. Always clean and never a long wait. Pdq isn’t the cheapest but still worth it.
