I am a very frequent customer at this location. I love the food and always receive wonderful service. It honestly pains me to leave a bad review but I am very upset by today’s experience (11/30/2025). I arrived to fill my car up with gas at the neighboring Circle K a little after 5 am (PD Quix opens at 5:30 am *per google info*) I decided to wait and get a breakfast combo because I genuinely only drink the sweet tea from here because it’s always so good. 6 am rolls around and I had been patiently waiting in my car for almost a solid hour to be able to go order. A car finally approaches and people walk into the store to begin opening. I’m completely understanding, it’s a holiday weekend, things happen, I’m not upset at all that the people were late to open. I gave them about 15 or so minutes and approached the window to order as my car doesn’t really fit in the drive thru all that well. I finally approached the window and stood there waiting to order for all of 5 minutes (making direct eye contact with the workers as they pretend to ignore me). I finally left after standing in 30 degree weather for almost 5 minutes and not an ounce of effort was put into even seeing what I wanted. I’m not even upset by the fact I didn’t receive my food. I’m more so upset by such horrible customer service because waiting is completely fine. I am understanding. I think it is awful to completely ignore somebody. All it took was one second to tell me they weren’t open yet or anything at all and I would have honestly had no issue and been satisfied. Instead their answer was to ignore me til I left. This specific interaction makes me not even want to return to this location and that’s disappointing as I eat here all the time and always have a great experience but that’s just outright poor customer service in this specific scenario.

Just went thru the PD Quick drive thru in Sanford North Carolina on 8/19/25. I ordered 2 1/4 pounder Meals and 2 chicken nugget kids meals after a long wait in the drive thru line and they call it PD Quick. After finally receiving the order and left I got a mile down the road and had to turn around and go back because the kids meals wasn’t correct. The chicken nugget kids meals I ordered happen to be hamburger meals.I told the guy at the drive through window that they made a mistake and put burgers in the bag instead of nuggets. He then stated oh, you wanted nuggets. I replied yes and he stated that he had to have the burgers back. I gave them to him and asked him were they going to reimburse me on my gas for having to come back, because it shouldn’t have been no mistake in the first place for the long wait in the drive thru line.Then he said no and that I would have to wait for them to cook the 8 nuggets. A lady then came to the window and said the wait will be 4 to 5 minutes for them to cook the nuggets. I feel that the service PD Quix gave today was less than poor and 1 of the fries from the quarter pounder meal had something hanging from 1of the fries when I reached in the packet of fries that looked like a piece of a hair net. Smh,today PD Quix extra slow and poor quality of service most definitely needs improvement. Today’s service was very disappointing.

The food is exceptional compared to most major franchised fast food restaurants. It just they have to many teenagers in their stores, who don’t care about the quality of presentation, food, service or respect for the customers.

I haven’t been to PD Quix in over 10 years. The seasoned waffle fries were really tasty as well as the jalapeno pepper jack cheese burger and chili hot dog. Yes, I was hungry . Also, the fruit punch was good and not watered down. I will definitely take a trip back to this location soon.

I went here to get the flounder sandwich like 10 minutes ago and I asked for no mayo because I’m allergic to dairy. The first one had dairy so I returned it and they said they’d remake it and we gave them back the bad one (because that’s what they asked me to do) and then we heard them complaining a little about having to redo it . And when I finally got my sandwich remade I could tell it was the same fish refried and it ended up just being gross and burnt and doesn’t change the fact the mayo already touched it . Also there was a piece of plastic in my sandwich so this time I just asked for a refund which they did give me and apologized for the incident . Either way though still disappointed in my visit :/
