PBF is the place to go for authentic Brazilian and Polish food, I never knew how wonderful would be the combination of these two cuisines.
Everything that I tried was delicious and flavorful, my favorites are the Brazilian chicken balls (coxinha), pierogis, chocolate truffles (brigadeiro), and the flan is one of the best I ever had.
On Sundays they offer an all you can eat menu with delicious options. Their decor is cute and sometimes they have live music, the atmosphere is welcoming and the owners are genuinely down to earth people. You won’t regret if you stop by.

Don’t miss out. If your tastebuds are looking for farm-to-table locally-supportive meals made from scratch, you MUST visit Polish Brazilian Fusion Cafes in Walden or here in Montgomery!
The tastes are delectable, and their quality simply can not be beaten! Their empanadas are less heavy oil and more heavy on bursting taste because their dough is lighter. The ask owner Anna, Rose, or Alicia, their Chika Chika sauce is so hot and savory!

Polish Brazilian Fusion in Walden is a hidden treasure. We stopped in unexpectedly on our way. Sunday they offer buffet that has a combination of Polish and Brazilian food. Pierogi were delicious. We tried blueberry served with sweet cream and fresh blueberries and traditional ones served fried with onion. We had ice coffee as well. Would definitely stop there again.

Just had a lovely bite to eat at PBF cafe. Not only is it a clean establishment, but it’s nestled into what I imagine is the old town center, across from the public library. I got the Mac and cheese and yes, it is as good as you think.
The cashier was super friendly and they have a great playlist going to accompany a nice lunch on a beautiful day! I will be coming back, and I will bring friends!

Stopped in for some lunch on a Sunday and didn’t realize I was walking into a brunch buffet! Phenomenal good both Brazilian and Polish with a variety of options. Staff was very friendly, and helpful in explaining what the different food choices were.
I will definitely be coming back.

the food here is great! i ordered coxinha, pao de queijo, chocolate and coconut brigadeiros. they were all very delicious. although, i feel like 1 truffle for $2 is a bit overpriced. i would recommend this place, nevertheless ! def one of the best places in Walden!

Amazing food and great atmosphere. The food is always made fresh and is delicious. It may get busy some times but it is well with the wait. The atmosphere is casual, which is great for a meal or for some coffee. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a coffee, some really good food, or just a nice time out
