The tagline of this restaurant is “Where friends become family” and it’s clear they live by that. It was our first time and my 3 year old daughter as for a unicorn pancake. They made her dreams come true. And the food was absolutely delicious. They made us feel like regulars immediately. We will absolutely be returning!

Service was a bit slow but the menu is unique and it’s a cute spot for breakfast or lunch. I enjoyed the breakfast hash and the peanut butter and jelly stuffed french toast! Prices were reasonable.

I had a good experience and I will be back. Look forward to seeing what my fiancee thinks too. The staff were polite and friendly. Everything was good and well-priced. Thank you for a good experience. My 2nd time the biggest issue I would say was the disorganized staff. One staff member said “It was so slow that they were staring at each other” but it took a while to be served or for them to find our check. Several staff came to my table making it difficult to know who was our waitress.

I grew up going here every Saturday and Sunday morning going here with my grandpa back when it was Peter’s Coney Island. I was so nervous when he sold it because I was so picky about my bfast food. Not only did they expand the menu but the extended the seating and adding so many amazing options but also kept the same warm feeling this place brought me as a child. The food is great the owner smiles and greets everyone that comes in and continues the legacy and I couldn’t be more happy with everything. This is a staple of Warwick and forever will be.

So glad that I found this amazing hidden jem in Cranston Ri….I drive to work everyday and pass this pb & j’s.I stopped in one day to ask for a menu so I could order lunch later. I ordered the French Dip and it was amazing!!! Very fresh meat and a wonderful portion of sandwich. I noticed that they had french onion soup,my favorite,so I asked when it would be available. They said Wednesday, so I waited till Wednesday and ordered a cup to try it.I LOVED IT!!!!! I called again on Thursday and ordered a bowl this time and a “BigPeg” BLT….SO YUMMY…..When I went to pick it up I was greeted by name by Julianna and Tye,which made me smile since I have only been there twice….They are super friendly and told me I have to try the fish and chips and chowder on Friday…..Looks like I will order again tomorrow….A wonderful hidden Jem that I am so glad I found…LOVE supporting local small business like this one ❤ ❤

Our waitress was nice… that is the only good thing I can say. My hash tasted like sugar on cat food. The cheese was very low quality. I needed to get my own napkins from the car, apparently they aren’t allowed to give one per customer. I wish sunny side was open, it’s 10 seconds down the road and 100 times better.

Good place for breakfast, there was a line but we were seated relatively soon after arriving. The service was quick but not rushed. Friendly staff. We will most likely return.

Unfortunately I can’t say my family of 4 had a great experience. We were aware there was a wait due to it being busy, however, that doesn’t excuse our presence being completely ignored. A family of three was ahead of us and got seated around the same time we did. Another family came in after us and the waitress ignored us still standing waiting for a table to free up, to try and seat them instead. Our waitress ended up putting us at that free table instead since we were there first. After 30 minutes, the family of three that was ahead of us already had their food and was eating away. We only had our drinks and the menus still at our table. Everyone around us, be it people who came in way after or were already there- had been serviced. My mom told our waitress we were ready to order and she said she’ll be right with us, in just a second. Watched her go from table to table for ten minutes, and never returned to ours. After another ten minutes of waiting, my mom reached out to another waitress about ordering. To be told “just a second” and when my mom mentioned to her we’ve been sitting here awhile and our waitress never returned. She told us we had only been “waiting for a minute.” For context, we came in at 9:40 and left at 10:40. Paid $12 for four beverages at the bar, that only one of us started to drink.
I don’t want to think we were blatantly ignored because of the color of our skin. We were the only family of black people in that establishment.
Even while going to pay for the drinks we were treated as invisible. The waitress who took my form of payment was too busy talking to another customer about her tattoos. Handed me the slip and continued chatting away as if I wasn’t there. I entered genuinely excited to try the food, just to leave feeling dejected.

Edit: Seeing as there is a response addressing certain bits of my review, I have decided to clarify some more. The Dunkin cup mentioned that was brought in, was filled with the DIET soda I ordered (it was never coffee) because I could not use straws at the time. That cup specifically had an accessible lid on it that I could use to drink my soda without difficulty. I would have loved to ask the waitress if it is okay to drink directly from the establishments cup or a lid that didn’t require a straw. However, I was still sitting there with my beverage under the premise of “I’ll be right with you.” My family of four was seated together as four, and ordered our drinks together. No food order was made, as we were just given the menu. My younger siblings got impatient sitting there with their drinks and decided to go outside, while me and my mom continued to wait at the table. The dismissive attitude given was what caused my mom to respond with wanting the check. My mom was still seated when I went to pay the bill, and I didn’t see these to go cups mentioned? Perhaps they were brought after the fact. Nonetheless, If we were told from the beginning that it was going to be a wait or really any communication. My family would have understood that it was going to take a little while for us to order food. Instead of us just sitting there watching people around us get served and we’re just sitting there waiting for a waitress who never came back. We came in together, we waited together and waited some more. The kids got impatient. We paid for our drinks and left.
