what a pleasant surprise! I was so glad to have stopped in and tried it. owners are wonderful, and the pizza beyond exceeded my expectations!!! nice chewy, crunchy crust, great flavor in the sauce, served piping hot. this will be one of my new local spots on rotation!

New ownership, they know what they’re doing. Excellent subs and bagels. Got a full sub and everything was fresh and the turkey was thin (only way)! They have all the breakfast meats, fixings that you’d need. Simple, fresh and delicious. 10/10
