The grand room with its high ceilings makes such an impact. It feels spacious and elegant, while still being warm enough for a great reception atmosphere. The classic interior gives couples a timeless backdrop that looks beautiful in photos all night long.
It’s a great choice for anyone wanting a refined, downtown Chicago setting with plenty of room to celebrate.

My goodness. If you want to feel like part of a movie in your dining experience, visit Pazzo’s. The statue, the windows, the ceiling, food, overall ambiance is just chef’s kiss. We went for lunch where its not as busy but still good. They appeared to have an “express” line but we sat for full lunch and enjoyed ourselves heartily.

We hosted our wedding and reception at Pazzo’s last week and let me tell you, it is the PERFECT venue! My husband and I knew the second we walked in that there was something special about it. And then we met the Venue Coordinator, Rali! The most helpful, most AMAZING woman! She was so helpful from the second we toured the space to the last few minutes of our reception, she made everything was perfect! Her team works so hard to ensure a flawless event! The FOOD! Delicious! Well seasoned and a lot of variety! Our guest raved about how beautiful the space was! From the water fountain, to the glass ceilings, to the gorgeous marble! Everything about this venue was perfect! Thank you so much Pazzo’s! You have our hearts forever!

We could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding. Rali, their event coordinator, was wonderful to work with and so accommodating to all of our needs. The staff is very kind and fantastic. You get A LOT of options for food and it all turned out wonderfully. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue specifically. I hosted my wedding at Pazzo’s in September 2025 and I am so thrilled I found this venue. They are transparent on pricing, Rali, their event coordinator, advocates for her couples and is such a joy to work with. The staff on the day and leading up were full of kindest and ensured our guests had a great time. They set up so beautifully, had everything running so smoothly, I am so grateful we picked this amazing space. The venue is insanely gorgeous and needs little decoration. If you’re wanting a wedding in downtown Chicago, do it at Pazzo’s. The food was great and the drinks were flowing all night long. Thank you to all the Pazzo’s staff for making our wedding the best day!

We held our wedding here and couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The space itself is truly unique—it feels impressive and special without being over the top. Because it was already beautifully decorated for the holidays, we barely needed to bring in any additional décor, which made planning so much easier. The prices are also very reasonable for a downtown wedding.
While the food overall was good, the tiramisu absolutely stole the show—our guests are still talking about it. Most of all, we are very grateful to Rali, the catering manager, who was so kind and accommodating with special bar requests that I’m not sure other venues would have accommodated so easily. She, along with all the staff, really worked hard to make our wedding everything we hoped for. In the days after the wedding, so many of our guests reached out to compliment the venue and the atmosphere. We’re very thankful we chose this restaurant for such an important day.

Perhaps the worst staff ever. Waiter tipped the charger and spilled crumbs all over then tipped the dinner plate making a mess. Bartender was terrible served men walking up after I had been standing there. When I went to the bathroom what seemed to be a manager rudely stopped me so they could mop. That’s what it is but she was rude. I’d never recommend them. No coat rack or room in late October. It was a private party.

My son and DIL had their wedding here on New Years Eve. From the tasting in October to the big day , I give Pazzo’s the highest marks in all categories ! The food and presentation was outstanding! The service by the coordinator Raleigh was fantastic, as were the table servers and other staff! The venue is stunning – and the turn around time between the ceremony and dinner was quick! Very attentive to all details. Thank you Pazzos such a beautiful and special wedding day!
