Truly some of the best food you will have in Chicago. Excellent customer service from the employees and cooks and a great atmosphere overall. I try to come here anytime I’m in the area for a slice of pizza. The wings are top tier delicious too!

I don’t want to even give 1 star. I’m incredibly disappointed. My family and I were on vacation and decided to order from Pazza Pizza through DoorDash. While DoorDash’s service was smooth and reliable, the same cannot be said for Pazza Pizza.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was passable—nothing special—but the garlic knots were absolutely unacceptable. They were completely burnt, blackened to the point of being inedible. I attempted to eat one and immediately had to throw it away after a single bite.
What’s most frustrating is that these garlic knots should never have made it out of the kitchen, let alone been packaged and sent to a customer. It shows a complete lack of quality control and care. The staff at Pazza Pizza should be ashamed for serving food in that condition. It ruined what was meant to be a simple, enjoyable meal for our family.

I recently visited Pazza Pizza in Chicago and had a really enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a casual, unpretentious vibe, perfect for a relaxed meal. I tried one of their pizzas and a calzone, and both were flavorful and freshly made. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I was looking for a decent pizza place to order from and stumbled upon this restaurant. Their garlic knots, generously covered in garlic butter, are absolutely mind-blowing. But the pizza was completely next level. I got the hawaiian pizza (sorry, not sorry) and it was AMAZING. Perfectly cheesy, not too greasy (but also not dry), and the ham was placed generously all over the pizza along with small pineapple chunks that added a tiny touch of sweetness and accentuated the ham flavor. Eating this pizza was like there was a symphony of flavors happening in my mouth, and, I swear, I just had a dream about it. While I enjoyed the pizza from the comfort of my couch, I will definitely have to stop by and sit in for the entire experience. I don’t have any pictures of the food, because it just disappeared too quickly, but I will try get some for the next time and update this review. This is the pizza I was waiting for my entire life. This pizza will make you forget about any argument you have ever had in your life. This is the pizza that will make you feel alive again and will make your heart feel love again. This is the pizza everyone says they make, but they can never reach THIS perfection. I will NEVER forget about this pizza and I know you won’t either. Thank you Pazza Pizza!

Quick detour while in Gold Coast and I found myself ordering from this Sedgwick location. Pazza Pizza is now a must stop anytime I’m back in this area. I called beforehand as it’s 4th of July and was surprised they were going to open until 3am. Street Parking was fine with plenty of traffic coming and going. I ordered around 8ish a small pepperoni pizza 10″. And sipped on a nice cold pop while I waited. Vibe was chill. In good company with an older lady and another table with a group of college folks. Very quiet as deliveries quickly cycled thru. Wait wasn’t long and I absolutely loved the pizza!!! I actually had to post the review before I drove off as the staff was so friendly and kind. Can’t wait to come back for salad and wings . *I did add chili flakes and was heavy handed with the Parm in my pic.*

Pizza (one cheese and one meat) and jalapeno poppers were delicious! The poppers are possibly made in-house???!!! Ordered delivery on restaurant website and the service was great. The food arrived earlier than expected (still hot).

I rate this a place that has OK pizza, the type you want after drinking. It’s not that it is bad; it’s just ordinary. I prefer a fresh made to order pizza over pizza that has been laying on the counter for hours. However, if you are looking for that slice to fill a craving, then this is a place for you. The pepperoni was better than the buffalo chicken bacon as it was over-salted. The regular cheese slice is just ordinary. (BTW – I always look at the amount of reviews from folks that give places like this 5 stars, or sya it’s the best pizza in Chicago! Why is it that they have very few reviews and decided this is the place they were going to review?)

Really normal good pizza. I got delivery from this place. Two pizza’s a 10inch pepperoni (we have a small pepperoni lover). And a large Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch. This is such an east coast flavored pizza and I am here for it. I feel like you can never find a buffalo chicken outside of big chains but here it is! It was great, although I do wish the chicken was either cut smaller or shredded but it was very good. We also got mozzarella sticks, I am a fan of all fried cheese so they were great.
We got blue cheese, and sides of marinara, the blue cheese was sweeter than others but still good.
Overall def recommend for delivery, can’t speak to the physical location.

Best pizza in Chicago no doubt! We come here at least 2x / week and are never disappointed. Great for a by the slice walk by or ordering your own custom pie. The service is top notch and are so kind & friendly.
