Great gem to find and eat at while on vacation. The fish, shrimp, fries, and hush puppies were wonderful and not greasy. The coleslaw was tasty too. The staff was welcoming and considerate, offering to let me go inside using a different door because of being in a wheelchair. I highly recommend eating here!

Don’t pass this place up! While the catfish is absolutely incredible, the selection of authentic New Orleans dishes is outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The catfish was wonderful, as were the red beans and rice and the shrimp gumbo. You truly won’t be disappointed. We will most certainly be back—and this gal right here brought it all together!

Oh my gosh, you won’t believe how amazing the food was! It was so authentic and delicious, like straight out of Lousiana. I had the shrimp Pho Boy, and it was to die for. I also tried the cup of gumbo and roast beef Pho Boy with a cup of corn and shrimp soup. They’re also famous for their catfish, which I’ll definitely try next time. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed if you go here. It’s a must-visit!

This is just the kind of place I look for when I’m visiting a new town. A small, no frills, mom and pop type place. The catfish was perfectly breaded and hot out of oil, and the French fries are some of the best I’ve ever had, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.

This was my first time here, but q couple of our party has been here several times and always raves about it. One in our party said it was hands down THE BEST catfish she has ever had. The boudin balls were AMAZING. The gator was wonderful. The crab cake and fried oysters fantastic. Really everything was exc, even the baled beans and fries. One of our group, a teenage boy, said the chicken tenders were nothing special. I told him it was a seafood place so what did he expect? Lol. Jessica, our server, was so nice and friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I had planned on eating at another restaurant but it was closed. As I was heading back to my motel I thought I’d give this place a try. The owners are from Louisiana so the atmosphere inside had a very Cajun and laid back vibe to it. If you like Cajun food I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I had the shrimp poboy and boudin. Both were very good but the boudin is what made me feel like I was back in Louisiana. The staff was also very friendly and helpful making sure were we were doing okay.

Absolutely Incredible!!! Super friendly staff, never had a drink empty, food came out fast, and everything was delicious. Also the restaurant was super cute. We had the sampler platter (alligator bites were our favorite!), hush puppies, catfish po boy with fries, and red beans and rice with sausage and a side salad. Everything came out hot and full of cajun flavor. To top it all off all of that food + 2 teas was $60.53 after tax before tip!!! Can’t wait to come back on our next trip ♡♡♡

This place has been on our radar for quite some time now. After a nice trip through Cades Cove and the foothills Parkway we decided this was the day to try it out. Everything was just absolutely fantastic! The food could not have been any better and the service was just absolutely excellent. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody that is in town or that lives close by. Will definitely be making return trips in the future!

Friendly staff, delicious food and large portions. Get an order of hush pups!! They were FANTASTIC! We only got the two that came with the (terrific!) catfish meal and I regret that decision since I’ve been thinking about the pups for days.
