Amazing experience at Pavbhaji Express! The food was delicious and truly delivered an authentic Indian street food vibe right here in Austin.
Starting the morning with Kadak Masala Chai and Bun Maska was perfect and refreshing. We also tried Vada Pav and Misal Pav—both were flavorful and perfectly spiced.
If you’re craving real Indian street food with authentic flavors, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!

I visited this place on Saturday night. It’s conveniently located right by the road, so there’s no need for any detours.
Coming to the food, I had the techa vada pav, and it had the kind of spice I actually crave. I also ordered pani puri; usually at other places you only get around 6 puris, but here I got 10, and they were really good.
My friend ordered paneer biryani, and they definitely didn’t hold back on the paneer.
Overall, I really liked this place and would visit again to try their pav bhaji.

I visited Pav Bhaji Express in Austin after seeing a lot of hype on social media, but the experience was underwhelming. I ordered the pav bhaji and vada pav, and both tasted average without the authentic flavors I was expecting. The prices also felt high for the overall quality. Compared to this, Dallas/Fort Worth has much better options with more genuine taste and better value. Overall, it was okay but not worth the hype.

Had lunch at Pav Bhaji Express and tried a few classics. The vada pav was the standout. It came out hot and crispy with chutney on the side, and as a Mumbaikar it tasted genuinely good.
The dahi puri was okay. The dahi was extremely cold, almost icy, which took away from the overall taste.
Tried the dabeli as well and that was also just okay for me.
I would definitely return for the vada pav, but the other items could use some improvement.

Excellent place to have Indian street food. The staff is very nice. The lady at the billing is very courteous and helpful. The taste is up to the mark and they have very good food options. We had lunch and dinner here on Thanksgiving. It’s a food truck, but good sitting options available for families. Pau bhaji, vada pau, dahi puri, biryani and Chai are excellent food options. Loved the place and will visit again.

We got some pav bhaji one afternoon at Pav bhaji express. I found it pretty decent, the flavours were good and the price isn’t too bad. They have plenty of seating and parking available. Definitely recommend trying it once !

Tried it after seeing it on Instagram, totally worth it. The bhaji tasted really good. Also tried sprout bhel, avocado jhalmuri, dabeli, and pani puri. The dabeli was a bit too sweet and pani puri was okay, but everything else was great.

We are visiting Austin from Dallas with our parents who are visiting us from India. After a lot of mexican, italian and Thai meals, they wanted something indian to eat. We took our chances of taking them to this food truck. We ordered vada pav, papdi chat, misal pav, pav bhaji and Veg dum biryani. To our surprise, every dish was amazing. Only papdi chat was average but everything else was so flavorful. Our parents were really happy with this awesome meal. The staff was very courteous just that it took some time for the food to arrive. But everything was worth the wait.

There was a really nice food truck outside that offers a variety of delicious options. I definitely need to try some of the food there. They have really good choices, and they will cook the food according to your preferences. However, be aware that there is no restroom available, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit for some Indian food.

It is easy to find, the seating is great. Food is very good, everything was fresh and delicious. I ordered the avocado jhalmuri and the pav bhaji. The chaat was so crisp and the ingredients fresh. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Highly recommend.
