Very authentically localized Cantonese food.

75+ years old restaurant. The food is great, and staff also speaks Cantonese.

萬壽無疆 styled plates and cups are a nice touch

Paul’s Kitchen is a great place for authentic Cantonese Chinese food my grandparents and parents would take us here the food was good the atmosphere was exactly the same since the 80’s service was good except when leaving the waitress ask was I leaving a tip? Then double back to let me know that the tip was not included in my check ….. I ordered pork fried rice and pork egg foo young it was delicious I enjoyed the green tea and pan fried noodles my total was $34.91 They are a cash only restaurant

This has to be the best Asian food I have eaten. I just loved their fried Rice we had the tommy lasorda special, and we loved it. This was our first time there it looks a bit sketchy from the outside buy once you step in old school very pleasant and everybody very tentive. Good service we will definitely go back

Where do I start, my wife and I had lunch there today and it was horrendous, first off the service was very bad, our server was rude and short with us. When the food arrived it literally looked like dog food, I ordered the almond chicken plate and the chicken was very undercooked, almost raw. My wife ordered the shrimp chow main and once again it was super undercooked (the shrimp). We asked for to go containers so we can give it away to the homeless and when she brought us the containers she made a rude comment as to why we didn’t eat much at all. There was absolutely no way I was leaving a tip to this server, as I was walking in the parking lot back to my car the server came out and basically harassed me to give her a tip, I politely responded “no thank you” she kept on with her trying to convince me into giving her a tip. I turned away and proceeded to my car when she yelled out “I hope you have bad luck for the rest of life” This was the first and last time we will ever come to Paul’s kitchen, not to mention the location was extremely dirty and out dated

Most authentic Cantonese food around. Tremendous portions! Been eating here for over 50 years. Back in the day when Lasorda, Fernando and Mayor Bradley were sitting in these booths

I love this place my mom used to order takeout a few years back. This was my first time dining in here for a few years. The food was delicious, and the price was worth it. My grandparents used to love ordering from this place they would’ve loved to dine here. may they rest in peace.

This place gives you that old school “I just got out of work” diner feel.. I love that rustic feel the interior gives off! I didn’t dine in because I was in a rush to get back and finish a movie on Netflix (Freaks) but the servings size was phenomenal! Food was great I have had egg foo yang that good since I moved to California! They only take cash so make sure you have cash before you enter & the staff have that old school “What you want” diner personality but I didn’t mind it at all.. Attitude match the decor!

This place came highly recommended to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how authentic the food tasted. Honestly, one of the better spots I’ve been to in a while and so happy I gave it a try. The family style dishes on the menu are delicious and reasonably priced!
