By chance heading home, my family and I stopped by Paul’s. We were immediately greeted and put our orders in. The place has this charm that can only come from years of work put in. We met Paul and he confirmed that he’s been in the business for decades. They know what they’re because the food was fresh and magnificent, keep on rocking guys.

I had a fantastic experience at Paul’s Deli! It’s such a cute and cozy spot with a great variety of sandwiches. I tried the Italian, and it was absolutely delicious. I also picked up some pasta salads and olive salad to take home, along with chicken parm, and everything was top-notch quality. I can’t wait to go back for more! Highly recommend this deli for anyone looking for a great lunch and some take homes. Also the gentleman that helped me was super friendly.

Got food catered for a party and everything was delicious! The meatballs are to die for and the chicken was very fresh. They fruit had a good mixture of everything. Definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back here again for sure!

Ordered trays for a birthday party. Better than the regular “pizza pick-ups” for family gatherings. Meatballs were delicious, salad tray super, ziti OK, bread and butter. Yummy! Support local! Recommend!

When I was growing up this was called Dominello’s but now is run by his son. It’s been redone and given a new name some time ago.
This is always kept clean, staff is very friendly and quiet helpful.
The prices are reasonable and the food is excellent whether catered or take out.
The owner, Paul, is a very personable man and the staff are all just as nice.
If you’re looking for a safe, small deli at reasonable prices then this is the place I’d choose.
The parking lot is a little tight not fitting many cars but it’s well worth the wait and I don’t think you be disappointed at all.
I definitely recommend this place although I don’t live in Meriden anymore, it’s a top choice whenever I am in the area.

Best turkey grinder ever I’m not even exaggerating. I don’t normally write reviews unless they’re underrated small businesses. I’m big on turkey grinders and I’ve tried from many places, but this was the best. The bread wasn’t stale, it was lightly toasted with mayo like I asked, turkey was perfect amount, everything was fresh nothing was withered or old. 11/10- definitely recommend

Ordered ham and cheese with roast peppers and tomatoes. The ham was especially smoky, juicy and tender.

Absolutely a diamond in the ruff. Cooper cheese available. Foxen Park soda. Fresh, amazing, delicious deli meats made with professional love and care. I highly recommend this spot if your a small deli person!
