I had the Goat cheese burger with added Jalepenos, and let me be totally honest when I say that the burger changed my life. You can genuinely taste the freshness in the ingredients and the seasoning of the patty is perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this burger spot if you work in the downtown area especially. Ordering online as a guest with Toasty was seamless and I was able to tip which was nice, I will definitely be making this Paul’s one of my usual lunch spots.

The burgers are amazing and the fries are a definite favorite. Parking was a hassle but definitely worth the food. Great prices that either match or beat fast food. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

I don’t get here weekly, like I should. It’s just a good burger. But like really good. Do yourself a favor and go!!! Fries are fresh cut and made to order. Pjohn knows what’s up! If you only accept one recommendation in your life, let it be this one. This is real food done really well.

Saw this place had great reviews, so I gave it a shot. Prices looked fair and the menu looked great.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but the burger patties I got on my classic burger were entirely overcooked, dry, and bland. It was like eating a piece of coal.
The fries were great, the folks working there were nice, but ya, the burger was disappointing.

Spicy goat burger was very fresh and flavorful. The single is kinda a tease, highly recommend going double as they’re smashed pretty thin and the burger with toppings would have balanced out more with two patties. Fries were hot and fresh and did not taste overly oily. Sweet tea is homemade and just the right sweetness. Limited seating so get there early or late for dine in. Will be back.

I ordered the Double Mushroom Swiss Burger with fries and a drink. The burger was disappointingly bland, and even worse, it was cold. I’m not sure how a restaurant can serve a cold burger. The fries portion is huge, so one order is easily enough for two people. I might give Paul’s Burger one more try, but based on this visit, the experience was poor and I wouldn’t recommend it.

absolutely amazing! i got at least 20 burgers this summer, and i got one last week. whoever says otherwise are liars, this is the best burger place in mobile ever idc what anybody says (carter whatever his face is, is a big time liar)

Time, wasted. Food, not worth the time wasted. 10 mins to get an iced tea after ordering it to a waitress that was walking by. 30 mins to get 2 burgers with fries, but I saw them sitting “warming” for 10 mins before even being brought to us. 1 check back in an hours worth of time WASTED. I had heard good hype, but that is all this place is, a bunch of hype and no quality service or food.
