In a world of standardized food, Paulo’s stands out as an individual creation. Not only Paulo’s creations but also his patrons very own. Over 60 fresh ingredients, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, spices, vegetables, prosciutto, cheeses etc…, can be combined to create the perfect gourmet pizza which is then baked in a traditional wood fired oven and served pipping hot.

Visited 6 pm February 6 at Bridge St location. Service was terrific. Unfortunately my lemon chicken pizza was possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Dry, missing any sauce, just some pieces of overcooked chicken, a few veges, and bone dry thin crust. Totally unseasoned. Could only eat half before giving up trying to enjoy this bad meal. Perhaps this was not a freshly made pizza but something frozen that they stock and pop into the wood oven. Dr. Okter frozen pizzas turn out better than what I was served. $130 bill for two with house wine was excessive given the quality of meal. Beautiful decor, excellent service, but the kitchen needs attention! This is my third disappointment in 2 years, I will not be trying any longer, there are better meals in the vicinity.

Its one of those places puts you in a good mood as you enter.
If the weather is nice definitely sit on the patio.
I recommend you give yourself plenty of time as the service takes a little while.
I ordered shrimp and crab pasta with greek salad.
Salad had a little too much peppers to my liking.
Pasta was cooked great and had plenty crab pieces.
I have seen some bad reviews about service speed and food, if you ask me, go with a positive attitude and use the time to look around the decor or the building, get your food and leave with a happy tummy.

This place is amazing! I went with my 7 month old and was wowed by the atmosphere and the service right away. Michael was such a great server and recommended the Linguine Roberto which was I can’t wait to go back again with the hubby!
