When I walked in on a Saturday night I wasn’t sure what to expect especially being at primetime hours around 6:30 p.m. I noticed that there wasn’t much business going on which was in our favor especially being peak hours and Clifton Park for pizza. The service was extremely slow, it almost seemed like the people that work there were confused as to what to do possibly new employees. However we were delighted with the pizza it came out great It was excellent for the taste we got french fries which were nice and crispy. The price point was at a peak for a pizza and fries with tip close to $40. But the pizza was delicious and the crust was nice and crispy and there was leftovers.

Living in Halfmoon/Clifton Park, this place has become our go to for pizza. A friend recommended and we have been hooked. I’ve tried their pizza, sandwiches, and most of the sides. All have been delicious. Never had an issue with food or any of the staff. The counter girls are the nicest. The guy offered to deliver our food free when my car died when it was freezing rain out. That stuff hits home for me. I would suggest the Buffalo chicken pizza, the boneless wings extra crispy, and the jalapeño poppers. Those are a few of my faves. But I’d settle for anything else on the menu. Give it a try!!

Their white pizza is great, regular pizza is good too, they just do the white better than anyone else. Their square pizza is very good too I always perfer circle but I do enjoy the square. Their wings are also good very meaty good size. Feel like most pizza places are LACKIN on their wings nowadays, not paulies.

I love Paulie’s. Eat here way more than I should. The weird thing is, and I promise you this is a recommendation, is that they have what I would consider the second best pizza, wings, and garlic bread in town. But they have them all under one roof instead of having to drive to three different pizzerias just to get quality. And they definitely have the best Greek salad of every pie shop in town. And to be fair I do go back and forth about whether they’re my number one favorite or not. Look, stop by and try it. It’s gonna be great pizza and you can decide for yourself whether they’re the top dog

This local pizza spot is fantastic! I’m a big fan of their Buffalo Chicken Subs—the bread is fresh, and the portions are just right. Plus, they always get my order out super fast, and the staff is always so friendly.

Absolutely phenomenal pizza and wings! The crust is perfectly crispy yet chewy, with fresh, high-quality toppings that burst with flavor. I’ve had their wings repeatedly. I always order them extra Crispy but they are never dry on the inside! The staff is great!

Always been amazing everytime I go there and I almost always go with buffalo chicken pizza, every now and then I’ll change it up but this is my go to and it’s such a refreshing feeling getting nostalgic since I no longer am able to visit my old pizza place (I moved).
Paulie’s in CP has always been very friendly with myself and my boyfriend, and we have not had an issue with any of their food or staff. They’ll always have my support and their hard work is very much appreciated.

Boneless mild wings more of a run dry no sauce and the color was a dark brown . Chicken Alfredo pizza not great not bad nice flavor though.

Best pizza in the area! Everytime I get a pizza from another pizzeria it is always subpar compared to Paulie’s. I always have a slice in the car (my reward for being the pickup person in my family). The pizza is always piping hot right out the oven.

Got delivery on 5/30/2025 by ordering through their website. Prices were great, delivery was super quick for a Saturday during dinner hours. We grabbed a Supreme pizza and some mozzarella sticks with Melba sauce requested and they gave us some marinara too which was delicious. Everything was awesome and it was a perfect meal for me and my bf to enjoy! Thank you!!
