Let’s start with what makes an experience great. The service for me makes the food so much better. Jen, one of the managers, our waiter Juan, went above and beyond to make sure it was all good. Yes the drinks were amazing, yes the food was great as always. The shrimp and fish tacos are next level, the steelhead sandwich, unbelievable. Do not pass on the Smokey Old Fashion.

We made reservations and had an excellent lunch at this wonderful restaurant at Victoria Gardens. The staff, including the hostess, the manager, and our server Gustavo made sure we were well taken care of. They had so many delicious starters, that we shared several of them. The main courses were ALL delicious, so you can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu.

I go here quite often and the service is always excellent! I love the food and I like that they switch up there menu so that you can try new dishes….The salt and pepper shrimp with a cold beer is my favorite introduction to any entree that I choose.. Good place for happy hour, good specials but regular menu prices are quite higher, the food is okay but not amazing, like you would expect from this type of restaurant, the drinks are good as well, we were here today for happy hour and spent around 42.00 for 2 people, we were facing the bar and saw when the bartender Fernando was staring towards the windows watching the girls go by, then at some point, went to the side of the bar and was blowing his nose, right after he headed back to work without washing his hands, that was kind of nasty as he is handling cups and drinks for the customers, we reported him to Gustavo, our server, who by the way did a wonderful job helping us, he mentioned that was going to shared with the Manager, anyway, we will get back soon to try the dinner menu and we will do a follow up on the review.

Paul Martin’s has been one of my favorite restaurants for nearly 9 years, and I continue to come back not only for the great food and atmosphere, but because of the exceptional leadership and customer service provided by the manager, Aida.
Aida is truly one of the best managers I’ve encountered anywhere. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of. I’ve personally experienced her professionalism and kindness time and time again, and it’s a big reason why I remain a loyal, repeat customer after all these years.
What stands out even more is how she treats other customers and her employees. I regularly see her checking on tables, resolving concerns with grace, and making sure guests leave happy. At the same time, she leads her team with respect, patience, and encouragement, creating a positive environment that clearly shows in the service provided.
Because of Aida’s outstanding customer service and leadership, Paul Martin’s continues to set the standard for what a great dining experience should be. I will absolutely continue to return and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food paired with exceptional service.

Loved this place! Needed a place to relax, have a few drinks, and watch a little football, was perfect. Great ambiance for a date, gathering with friends, or even just to chill for drinks and tv. We started with Ahi Poke Lettuce Cups which were so scrumptious! The burgers tasted great, so did the fries, very good food. The bartenders were super friendly and attentive too. Will be back!

The service was excellent and there are lots of cocktails and wines to choose from… very limited in their beers and they concentrate on beers that are found everywhere. I’d love them to get a few “out of the box” beers.
The bread at the start was a major disappointment… and I’m one of many people that start my opinion on a restaurant from the time the bread comes.
They lost a star for the bread and the beer.
But other than all that, I’d certainly recommend this restaurant.
Hopefully they work on the bread and the beers .
