We visited during evening time. The air conditioning was not really noticeable with the door kept open for smoke management (smell). The only area with proper AC was the smoking area. The out doors area is packed with no spacing between tables and smokers are dominating, generating a stuffy atmosphere.

Went on a Sunday Afternoon to grab a quick bite, however, service wasn’t that quick. It took about 10-15 minutes until someone came to even address me or take my order. I felt a bit invisible to the staff.
I will say that once someone took my order, they were following up regularly afterwards. However, it was short lived until I paid. Waited for my change back and of course, it was never going to come, so I left. The service itself is meh. Food was great.

Paul delivered an amazing experience—from the perfectly flaky pastries to the refreshing fresh juice, everything was delicious. But what truly stood out was the incredible customer service—warm, attentive, and welcoming. It made the whole visit even more enjoyable! Definitely a spot worth revisiting. Highly recommend!

I’m a regular customer at the Cairo Festival Mall branch and the service used to be good Unfortunately today the service was extremely disappointing! honestly, the worst I’ve experienced there We understand that the place is crowded, but the issue is with the management. From the moment we sat down, everything was very slow; it took half an hour just to take our order, and people who arrived after us received their orders before we did. We didn’t receive any appetizers until we asked, and there were no napkins or plates provided.
With this level of service “feeling of unwelcoming, and only serve specific type of people!” , I can no longer recommend going to this branch!

The place is very nice, you feel like you are in France! The food is good usually i order “cordon Blue” and for drink i order Latte. The price is a bit high like for 2 person you would pay 800LE
The only thing i didn’t like it is the bathroom as you have to take a good walk to reach the bathroom outside the restaurant!
