The atmosphere is amazing and the place is cozy and comfy. However, the service is the worst i have ever seen. The servers dont greet you, they ignore you and its very hard to get there attention, they have this RBF when they talk to you and dont smile whatsoever. One time i had to complain to the manager about how bad the servers were, everytime i call them over, they look at me and go the other way around (idk is it because i am a teen or what), and that an order of fries took 45min to get ready. Nonetheless, the food and deserts that i tried were very tasty and well presented, i highly suggest tge strawberry millefeuille.

What a great place! I’m a tourist from England. I travelled from downtown to eat here. I ordered the Patate Dauphinoise with tea and it was so delicious. Well cooked and presented. Service was friendly and fast. All tourists need to travel to Heliopolis area to try this place.

Paul has definitely downgraded! Be careful as some items mentioned in the ingredients in the menu are out of stock, but no one mentions…. They serve smoked salmon as if it’s salmon sashimi … disappointing to say the least.

A French style bakery which is really pretty inside with a lovely selection of breads, cakes & pastries. The 6 cereal bread is a must-try. The restaurant at the back is lovely & the breakfasts were delicious. The continental is lovely and the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon & avocado was so yummy. The cappuccino & caramel cappuccino is delicious. A special mention to Heba who served me & Ali, who were both very kind and friendly, our lovely waitress Salwa & Mohamed F & D & Youssef, who were great too. Worth a visit.

The food was delicious. The waiter explained a dish and recommended it. The waiters pay attention to the customers and are very polite. When I got my food, it was clear it was just made, not leftovers from a few hours ago. The place is very pretty and they have a nice seating area.

The service is horrible, the cleanliness is so bad , rest room are so dirty, no proper customers welcoming, no manager around , chefs looks sloppy, no one is smiling, . The worst Paul ever .
