Amazing pastries with a large variety. They also have some choices that are not sweet: the egg croissant was delicious. Lots of coffee flavors too. Service was quick and staff super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend the pavlova and matcha. They let you choose your flavoring for the matcha, and have some amazing teas! I loved all of the options for food, and I almost couldn’t decide which one to get. They even had some toys and books for the kids, and they loved them! I wish I could’ve tried everything, but I did try the pavlova and the almond croissant which I would also recommend. Best of all, you can see the pastry chefs making croissants and other pastries behind the counter.

We are new to Raleigh and we wanted to have some coffee before the storm hit. I had a plain cappuccino, a creme brûlée basque cheesecake, and an iced vanilla matcha latte. Everything was so good! The coffee is fresh, the cheesecake was creamy and airy and the matcha was very high quality! Love the place and I’m definitely coming back.

Overall the deserts we got were good but I’ve had better. The cinnamon roll was dry on the outside the Boston cream donut was disgusting it tasted like it had bacon in it. Very odd. The meringue, tart and pistachio raspberry croissant was good but too much filling for my liking. The crime brûlée was by far the best thing in the order. So yeah overall good but for the prices and what was enjoyed I don’t know if I’d go back.

Nice little coffee spot. Everything is Parisian themed. The gentleman behind the counter fixing the coffee was very bright, cheerful and nice. The lady on the other hand must have been having a not so good morning. She was a bit short but I must say I expect a bright and cheerful person that works in a bakery that opened only a few hours a day so maybe I am wrong. The lady was very dry and when my payment was processed I am sure she checked to see how much of a tip I had given. Her eyebrows went up for some reason? I was coming from an early dentist appointment and decided to try this place out. The pastries were good. Very and light. I would definitely stop again if I am in the area. The coffee smelled sooo good I just didnt have time for it that day. They do have some outside seating.

I tried the spinach & feta croissant, raspberry vanilla cheesecake and pastel de nata, everything was absolutely delicious.
Something remarkable it’s how clean everything is. I stayed there almost half an hour and I saw the staff cleaning at least 5 times.
These place It’s a true gem.

Paul and Jack pastries and cakes are amazing: perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and extremely fresh. Their espresso (imported from Italy) is absolutely delicious. I’ve tried both their Americanos and iced latte, amazing every time

We walked in 15 minutes after opening and were welcomed with the best aromas and a super helpful worker! Everything we got was delicious and we felt so taken care of! The filled Italian donut was an incredible experience as it was not overly sweet!

Great tasting pastries! This place is such a fun treat and I highly recommend. Be sure to go earlier in the day for the most options, but there was still a decent selection when we went in an hour before close.
