Brought my bestie here for her birthday. The food, service and ambiance were top-notch! Never knew that coconut shrimp would go so well with eggroll sauce. The hula dessert is a MUST! The poke bowl and loco moco were very flavorful dishes.
Would definitely come here, again, for a special occasion. But in this current economy, I wouldn’t dine here casually as the prices are high.

LOVE THIS place for a nice neighborhood Hawaiian fusion vibe. The decor is spot on for the island culture. We enjoyed the music playing. Also, the food was so flavorful! Both my husband and I got the Loco Moco – Me with Ahi Tuna and He with Shoyu Short Rib. Such a wonderful fusion of flavors. My husband wants to go back just for the Ahi Nachos – a special when we went. This is our second time visiting – it’s great for brunch, girls night, date night or a quick bite. We still haven’t tried the pizzas yet, but they look amazing as well. My only complaint was that I didn’t like the drink options on the Menu – seemed like a seasonal menu- so I asked the waitress if I could just have a simple margarita or another flavor instead of the Guava Margarita menu option and she said no. So evidently the server is not informed on the bar options or didn’t care to ask the bartender or the drinks are premade or bar is only stocked to make the few drinks on the menu. It looks like a full bar. That was annoying – I almost got up and went to the bar myself to ask the bartender if I could get what I wanted. When I go to a nice restaurant and have to pay $10-20 for a nice cocktail I expect a fabulous server to know or how to ask the knowledgeable bartender to consider modifications.

Service was wonderful and the food even better. The lux burger was one of the best I had, and the Pina colada cheesecake was supreme. The fingerling potatos i would recomend. The only thing I dont support here is the foe gras truffle butter. Its 2025 and we should be past supporting anything of that nature. Pleae take that off your menu

Been here for brunch year round, special events, and dinner. A bit pricey, but so worth it. The service is always the best of the best. The ambience and small touches make your meal an experience. Their food is just different enough to explore while being close to home. Do yourself a favor and go. I highly recommend their ghost bowl or French toast for breakfast. Their cocktails are unparalleled.

Chimichurri steak was great. Cornbread is really really good! Had a delicious Gimli (?) cocktail too. Wings are good. Only complaint is tables are really close together

We were finally able to try this place and I enjoyed it! The best part? I really did like my order. My husband tried the wings and said they were okay. What we both absolutely loved was the corn bread… I’d order just that next time it was so good. Our service was great too. We ended up being the only table at one point so that made it easier to be served quicker. Also, I audibly gasped when we were given our mini origami’s at the end. The cutest thing I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant! The worst part? The food overall was fine and it is on the pricey side. I looked online for what to order and it seems that they may change their menu items because I saw something online that someone had posted and it wasn’t on the menu when we got there. I guess that can be both a good and bad cause then you can have new options every once in a while but you definitely have to see their online menu to get the updated version. Overall, it was good and I’d go back to try new items.

The screened in porch with beach-y/ reggae music was a great vibe. We liked the garnish and small touches they did. The coconut shrimp was a tad hard and could use more coconut. The sauce with it was nice. The Kalua pork was so good. Really flavorful and hint of sweet. Poke bowl was fresh. We made a reservation. Busy around 6-7 but quickly died down at 8pm

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Brunch Gem in the South Metro!
We came to Pau Hana in Savage on a Sunday for brunch and were shocked that it wasn’t packed! This place is an absolute gem that more people need to know about!
We sat outside in the beautiful lanai area, which had a peaceful, tropical vibe that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation. I ordered a Mai Tai and a Paloma, and both were expertly made. Strong, balanced, and super refreshing.
For food, my partner had the chicken and waffles, and let me tell you, to die for. Crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned chicken paired with light, fluffy waffles. I had the breakfast loco moco with Portuguese sausage, and it legitimately transported me back to Hawaii. Rich, flavorful, and comforting, everything you want in a Hawaiian breakfast.
Also pictured is the “ghost bowl” I didnt try it but my buddy said it was amazing. I did however try the ghost aioli, it was good but I wanted it to be spicier. Let that ghost pepper shine!!
Yes, it’s a little on the pricier side for brunch, but honestly, it’s worth every penny. The quality, atmosphere, and flavors are all top notch. Highly recommend Pau Hana to anyone looking for something unique and memorable outside the usual brunch spots. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was absolutely delicious!! Gave 4 stars because the food took a while to come out. Our waiter was fabulous and was very happy! We had a big group but he didn’t mind us taking our time leaving even after they closed. The place is very spacious and I had no problem getting a reservation for a large group. Will definitely go back and order the poke stack!! Chicken katsu had a very nice crunch but a little too crunchy for my liking.
