Pizzeria chain serving creative deep-dish & thin-crust pies in a stylish, contemporary setting.

I went to Paxti’s for a company lunch. We ate at the front patio and got a mix of thin crust pizzas and deep dish pizzas. Their service stood out to me–they were very enthusiastic and kind.
My favorite pizza was the “BBQ Chicken Deep.”
The tricky part about this place was finding parking on a Thursday lunch.

I have a hard time understanding why this place isn’t more popular. Located next to Trader Joe’s (so you can easily fit in grocery shopping afterwards), this place offers tasty slices (both thin and deep dish), fresh salads and sandwiches, and more! Prices are very reasonable, with sandwiches and salad/slice lunch specials at around $10. Plenty of comfortable seating, both indoors and outdoors, and options to watch sports on tv. A happy hour gives yet another reason to check this place out!

We usually are here for their deep dish pizza which is pretty amazing but we are not a fan of their thin crust pizzas. Our last visit here was in a bit of hurry and hence we requested the server to take our order so that the food gets to us in time but she was pretty rude to us “the food will cook in its own time” like duh huh we know and that’s why we want to get the order in asap.
She rolled her eyes every time we asked for something and gave the worst possible service ever.
Probably not going back again.

We stopped by here for pizza for late lunch while shopping – it’s on the quieter side of the Pruneyard which we liked. We had soup, chicken wings and a deep dish pizza. I had a couple of beers too, they had a good selection of beers on tap: I had Sculpin by Ballast point and Firestone walker Mind Haze. Each pint was around $7.
The pizza was deep dish and five of us couldn’t finish it, each slice was ~2-3 normal slices of pizza! We had supreme and I think for the amount of food it was good value. Kids liked the chicken wings.
Our server, Marissa, was good. Service is very important to me so I appreciated that. The better the service the more likely I’m to return and suggest to friends.
I think it’s a great place to stop by for food and beer. I think there was a happy hour too … I did not get the details but may want to stop by for a beer or two in the future.

We got the chicago deep dish style . This place sells different types of pizza: deep dish, pan, thin crust. For our order, the server explained that’s its layers are: pizza dough, sausage, cheese & mushroom, then sauce at the top. Our order took 45 minutes to bake, so order ahead of time Worth the wait! The pizza dough was flaky & crispy with melted stretchable mozzarella cheese.

I was not happy when I got my pizza tonight.i paid $60 for this? The crust was burnt. The pizza was flat. I was really excited to have my friends try this pizza. They use to have a Paxti pizza in San Jose. They always made awesome pizzas. Tonight’s pizza was a dissapointment. Flat, burnt, and not filled. This was not a $56 pizza. I’ll give 5 stars for the service and atmosphere of the San jose location. I’m sorry but this pizza was not the same pizza I use to buy when the San jose location was open.

Tasty deep dish pizzas. We tried the chicken Tikka pizza. Don’t expect it to taste like your favorite Indian dish. But as an overall pizza, it was good. The portions are huge so make sure you select the right size. We had to use To-Go boxes. The service is excellent. Make sure you tip them well (they deserve it). The pizza takes it’s good time to come to your table but the wait is worth it.

Been to Patxis(pronounced Paw- cheese). Ha, that’s kinda clever! Anyway, been there twice and to be honest…. best pizza I have ever had.
F’real, try the chicken tikki Masada pizza! Scrumptious!!!! Meatball app. not as much a fan. Some good draft beers too, gotta say. Service was a tad above par as well. Definitely do not pass this one up. It’s glorimagasmic!!!

Great restaurant!! If you do not want travel all the way to chicago, Patxi’s is the right choice. I do recommend chicken tikka deep dish! We also had the Moscow Mule, and it was really refreshing(9/10).
I would recommend not ordering the starters before the deep dish, we ended up packing more than half the pizza to go! Remember the deep dish pizzas usually take 40-50 mins therefore you cannot stay away from appetizer – warning !
Occasionally, they also host a yaymaker painting event and people seemed to enjoying the wine and paint event.
Look for fresh mozzarella when you bruschetta, too good and savoury!! Great place to visit a lazy hungry afternoon!!

While visiting the Pruneyard, my friends and I stumbled upon this pizza shop and decided to give it a try after a gym workout. We started with Patxi’s Caesar Salad and we all shared a Deep-dish 12″ Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza. The total came out to be a little less than $50. If you’re looking for a more affordable and easy-to-share option in the Prunyard, I highly recommend! The crust was very delicious and cooked perfectly! SUPER CHEESY! I do wish the chicken was more flavorful though… quite bland. I will return once my health and dietary restrictions allow…
