Summary w/details below: Enjoying the new purveyor in an ideally located neighborhood restaurant spot. Huge menu with tons of variety. I love breakfast food and have not been disappointed. Teto’s and crew are hard working and have consistent service food quality. The documented ordering journey is below. I am looking forward to try more of the menu and see what dinner options will be available when the liqour license is obtained.

4/6/25: Third week of service – all the tables were full, waited 5 min or so, patrons now sitting at the bar. Loving the fact this space is filled with people! Still remembered and greeted with smiles. More staff present and working out flow with more patrons. To-go orders flying out the door. Table order included: Corned beef hash, breakfast burrito, bratwurst & eggs, Swedish pancakes, ham and eggs & banana slices. Ham & eggs not pictured. Fresh squeezed OJ was enjoyed with coffee and hot chocolate & whipped cream (for the birthday girl).

3/28/25: Second week of service – Teto remembered me from my first visit and was just as friendly. Table order included: Corned beef hash and ham & eggs (not photographed). I was there for a quick bit and was in and out in 45 minutes. Perfect!

3/22/25: Opening WEEK service – friendly staff, efficient service, great quality. Table order included: Rainbow Trout & Eggs and Bananas Foster French Toast. Enjoyed lengthy visit with friend without many interruptions and continued refills on beverages.

I met a few friends here for breakfast and would recommend it. This is a newer location, cute atmosphere. The parking lot is small, but there is more angled parking across the street. I had the Swedish pancakes and was happy with the service. Glad this store has opened up in this location and wish them the best!

The dishes were fantastic. I do need my eggs cooked a smidge more so make sure if you like them well done you ask them. Friendly atmosphere. Prices of breakfasts are reasonable. Wheelchair friendly. Hablan Español

Absolutely terrible experience at Patty’s Eggnest in Kenmore. I ordered a gyro sandwich, but they brought me a gyro omelette instead. When I told the waiter it was the wrong item, he came back with the menu, yelled at me, and demanded I show him what I ordered. I pointed to the correct item, and he rudely insisted, “No you didn’t.” Completely unacceptable behavior.

The food itself was awful — full of lettuce and sauce, barely any meat (literally only 3 small pieces), and just sloppy overall. On top of that, the waiter never asked if we wanted coffee, just poured it without a word. We assumed it was complimentary since he didn’t say anything, but then we were charged for it on the bill.

Extremely rude service, poor quality food, and a very uncomfortable dining experience. Go somewhere else — this place is not worth your time or money

Absolutely fantastic experience at Patty’s Eggnest!

The Gyro Kota omelette, with perfectly seasoned Greek chicken, was honestly one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. My daughter agreed! The side fruit was fresh and delicious. My son ordered the chicken fried steak and completely cleaned his plate! Hats off to the chef!

The restaurant itself is designed well, with prettt decor. It’s clean, cozy, and welcoming. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, keeping our coffee and water filled without us ever having to ask. There was no wait for a table, and the quiet atmosphere paired with fun oldies music made for such a relaxing breakfast.

We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

Another great breakfast at Pattys! Since I don’t have to drive 30 minutes to get to a Pattys, I am trying new things.
I had the Eggs Benedict. It tasted great. The place was mostly full but I was waited on within a few minutes and had my breakfast before I realized it.
The staff was attentive as usual.
Many people I know have wanted a traditional breakfast spot in the neighborhood… we finally have Pattys

As I said below, I went to the Kenmore Patty’s Eggnest this morning. As I suspected, I don’t have to change my review. Any reviews before 3/15/25 are not for the Kenmore Patty’s. They weren’t open until then.
The Belltown was great and so was the service. It’s 3 minutes from my home.
One last thing, although the prices may seem a bit high, I always take home at least half of it and enjoy it the next morning.

OK… I’ve never been to this one… but I’ve been to several others. They are all great! It will be SO nice to have one so close! I’ve had to drive all the way to Mill Creek for the best breakfast in town. I normally get the Belltown Scramble… OUTSTANDING!!
I’ll be there tomorrow. I’ll change my review if it isn’t great… but I’ll bet I let it stand.

Took my wife and son to breakfast here. It was really loud and noisy. The hash browns where way over cooked. A side of toast is 2 pieces not one on the menu but on the receipt it’s 1 piece for the same price. Spent 40 dollars on my son’s break breakfast French toast a side order of eggs and 1 orange juice. Really 40 dollars! 10.50 for the orange juice alone. The food was not all that great. Been here 3 times and each time it seems to get worse. Not sure what’s going on but hope they figure it out. My son came home and ended up throwing up his breakfast. I guess we all tend to have a bad experience here and there but this was just bad

I had been to a different Patty’s years ago, but didn’t love it. I decided to try this one since I live in the neighborhood, and I will likely not return.
The food is under seasoned and mostly flavorless. The vegetarian options are abysmal, and substitutions are difficult to say the least. It’s expensive for what is.
The service was okay, but none of the experience was enough to make me want to go back and spend $50 on a breakfast burrito and a waffle.

The service was excellent. We had biscuits and gravy, the mini version. It was really good and the perfect size. Also we had the Juevos Rancheros. Huge portion. The only thing I will mention is the chorizo was a little over cooked and dry and the hash browns needed to be cooked more. We will go back again.

Delicious food and great service. Beautiful location with forest outside the window. I got salmon eggs Benedict and their fresh squeezed orange juice. I’m the only person here so it’s nice and quiet. Yum!
