The hamburger was unbelievable, it’s definitely there with in and out. The fries were cooked perfectly. The prices are not bad and are fair. My only negative is there is little communication with employees. You do everything yourself except make the food. A robot even brings your food which is kind of cool. However I still like customer service and there is none here.

Aside from being a hamburger joint, the delivery system is a robot ( for lack of a better word).
You place your order and take a number that is sitting on the counter. The employees put your tray on said robot and it magically knows who to take it to

Sadly, we had no human interaction. There are two ordering stations at the counter. Idk what the employees are doing, but I’m sure it was something.
Now, the coupla people that came in after we did were greeted when they came in and had a live person help.
This was my first time there and not comfortable ordering myself. Heck, even at places I do know I can easily mess up my order
The food itself is good. Prices are good. I say, the French fries were surprisingly delish.
Overall, I am in no hurry to go back, tho if the opportunity arises, I will. It was nice enough, but nothing grabbed me

I went through the drive thru and ordered chili cheese fries which came to be $4.91 after tax. It’s not an option on the menu board but they’re able to ring it up, and they’re really good! Employees were friendly, and the restaurant looks nice.

This was my first time eating here. The food is very reasonably priced. I spent under 9 dollars for the double cheese burger combo.The fries were standard, but they make up for this with the quantity that they give you. The burger itself tastes pretty good! I highly recommend stopping here over the standard fast food burger joints. You will save a little money and have a fresh cheeseburger. They also have a robot of sorts that brings your order to your table with condiments. This adds for a unique dining experience.

Color me unimpressed. I had high hopes for this place. The outside seemed like a place that would offer some exciting choices. That was not the case. I had the double cheeseburger and it reminded me of a small Big Mac. The fries were underwhelming. The staff was very courteous. They have a neat food delivery mechanism. They place a tray on a robot and it delivers it to your table. but that’s where the excitement ends. Although the food was incredibly boring, the price was nice. It’s hard to find a combo meal for under $10 these days.

A new adventure today in the hamburger world. I drove to Bossier City to visit Party Shack. The restaurant layout was nice. Everything looked clean(even the restroom)

A tray with my double cheeseburger and fries arrived. Now I never like a cheeseburger from fast food place( I can not stand American cheese slices). Here was no exception, so take no negativity from that. The burgers themselves I could not taste but a Hinton from the cheese covering up the taste. I would have preferred a bit of a crust on the burger to give it a bit of texture. A good tasting bun and some perfectly cooked and salted fries wrapped up the meal along with a nice sized drink.
I will come back to eat the burger…. no cheese please

Great location. I had a pattymelt and sweet potato fries which were delicious. Cashier was very nice, and a robot brought our food to us once it was ready (very interesting).

Went in for lunch with my son one day. We placed our orders on the screen up front then waited for it to be brought out to our table. To our delight, a cute little robot rolled it over to us. He also had condiments and such, just in case we needed them. Overall, solid burger. It was far better than any drive thru we could have gone to. It was a decent sized burger, and surprisingly good. I would eat it again. I also would take my other kids just for the robot server.
