I will forever love Patty Jewett. We frequent there quite often and we have had a great experience 100% of the time. We have tried most of the menu and have never been disappointed. If I had to recommend one thing it’s the green chilie cheese fries. Nothing says Colorado Springs more than sitting on the patio with the mountain views eating green chilie fries. If you have out of town people visiting, this is your best move. It’s always worth to wait for a table outside. Please do it, or you won’t get the full experience. It’s even heated when it’s chilly outside. Whether if it’s breakfast, brunch, happy hour, lunch or dinner it’s going to be consistently a great place to be.

The food was pretty good my husband ordered the ribeye steak with green beans and mashed potatoes and I ordered their lobster roll with a Caesar salad. The steak was cooked perfectly as we ordered and those green beans and mashed potatoes were so good. My lobster roll tasted fresh and was good but definitely could’ve used more butter and seasoning. It was very bland. Service was super friendly but they only had one waitress for the entire place, so we hardly saw her.

Great bar and grill at the patty Jewett golf course. Everything was great, just hot due to facing west. There are misters and umbrellas to help cool it off

We went for the Thanksgiving buffet, overall the food was very good, the choice of vegetables not so good.
The rolls were hard rolls, dinner rolls would have been better. The pumpkin pie tasted and wiggled like it was made with gelatin. The churos were to die for, would love to know where they get them.
We were seated in the very back, up the steps in a room that reminded me of an army mess hall, decor nonexistent. I did not like have to maneuver through people waiting in the buffet line to dish up their food to find the hostess station to check in, very confusing. Overall we had a good time with family, but the ambiance left something to be desired. We really appreciated the wait staff, they were very attentive, and thank them for working on the holiday so I did not have to cook.

I had the philly cheesesteak sandwich, mushroom swiss burger, and steak tacos. The food was pretty decent and priced fair, but nothing about the food quality stood out enough that would make me want to come back. The service and atmosphere were solid, which is why I am giving this 4 stars instead of 3; I feel like the food quality deserves 3 stars. If you are there playing golf, it is worth a stop. If you are not, it is not worth going out of your way to try.

Being a distant relative, while on a road trip my wife and I wanted to have lunch. We found very nice people, great atmosphere and wonderful food. The history behind this golf course is great. Whenever we’re in the area we’ll definitely stop in.

In the mood for comfort bar food, we decided to go for Patty Jewett Bar & Grill. The drive up to the restaurant takes you through a quiet neighborhood and opens up to a beautiful golf course driveway that takes you through some of the golf course.

We were starving and decided to get 2 appetizers and 2 meals to try. The appetizers we ordered were 1/2 (small) order of Steak Nachos & Mozzarella Sticks. The Mozzarella Sticks were filled generously and there were tons of them. The Steak Nachos were pretty good for a bar specifically. They make their own chips and you can tell right away, these homemade chips were fresh, crispy and stood up to the toppings. The homemade chips was a great add.

We then ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger and Fish & Chips (Double Order of Onion Rings instead of Fries). My wife enjoyed the Bacon Cheddar Burgwr but after sharing two appetizers she had to take almost all of it home. We both had to take some of our stuff home, because we didn’t expect to get so much food for the price!

The fish and onion rings were spot on. This was my first time trying fried fish and I loved it. I’ve had onion rings many places though and these were apart of the top tier. What you’re looking at is a double order of the premium side (onions rings) which still were generous portion sizes! These onion rings were the perfect amount of hot fried coating with quality onions. The onions were well fried and fit the fried fish very well.

Overall, this is a spot that people NEED to go to. We got a ton of food for $48 + tip. Great value, better views, but the taste is why Patty Jewett Bar & Grill will be in our rotation. When we are looking for good bar food in Colorado Springs, we will be here.

Our favorite lovster roll in town! Try it on Fridays only and enjoy views of Pikes Peak with the best poured drink in town. With a list of drafts that includes sparkling wine, you can choose your own adventure at this Colorado Springs must see or ask about their variety of N/A offerings. Food specials almost every day and a killer happy hour. Sit inside to watch the TVs or outside to enjoy 300 days of ‘shine. Stop on a Saturday to try the prime rib with a Patty pour and make sure you say hi to Sally.
