Love Patty Ann’s! I’ve been there a handful of times for breakfast and lunch meetings. It’s a classic old fashioned diner/cafe with a hometown feel, clean, and no screens! (which is great!). Good food, good prices and a pleasant atmosphere make it a local favorite.

Very noisy! However…food was great, service was great, portions were great. We’ve only had breakfast but have not been disappointed yet. Not really any more pricy than IHop or Village Inn. Save the gas and try to stay local lol. There are a few good choices.

Okay. About to embark on a new restaurant. It’s about to open, so we’ll see if it’s cracked up to what others are saying.
Outside is clean and very inviting.

Okay here goes… service was amazing. Food was not the best but has room for improvement. There are no words to describe the atmosphere of this place. It feels like Grandma’s place with a modern day vibe. Definitely a place we’d eat at again.

What a great little treasure! I was visiting family in Elizabeth. My sister in law suggested we grab lunch here. The food, the service, and the cozy, country atmosphere we’re fantastic. My sister in law had the walnut apple chicken salad with sweet potato fries. I had the fish and chips. We both had coffee, which was spectacular. The entrees were great! We followed that with their apple pie and peach pie, both with ice cream. When you visit, font skip the pie! You’ll be sorry you did. They were both fantastic. Our server was welcoming, funny, and kept our coffee filled. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

What a great place!! We shared the “slacker” and it was outstanding. Green chili with the eggs and all the other goodies was delicious. The picture is half of the “slacker” – plenty for two.

The cream and berry danish was tasty too.

In a great location with a great atmosphere and the service is always great. I’ve had lunch here a few times. It wasn’t so bad. My wife had a burger here one time and their meat does come from the local meat locker so that is good however stopped in for breakfast. The pancakes were disgusting. very very undercooked they weren’t even brown. I should’ve known something when they showed up on my plate kind of white. It tasted like straight, pancake batter like not even cooked. Bacon was almost raw, so that was disappointing. They took it back and threw it in the deep fryer, but I ate it. I don’t recommend it as far as eating here again, I probably will give it another shot. I definitely will never have the pancakes again. I will stay clear away from these pancakes. They’re absolutely disgusting and taste like they’ve been made with garbage batter. We normally get the same server, but there are multiple servers in this place. The one we normally get is extremely down to earth as far as the other servers they are very nice as well very tentative.

This local restaurant is a true American treasure – great service, friendly staff and delicious food. They make from scratch Pies and Cinnamon Rolls, plus offers Rose’s Ice Cream. I ordered the Grilled Chicken with Walnut & Apple salad with Raspberry vinaigrette. Side of tasty Sweet Potato fries. Generous portion so you won’t go hungry. Explore the back room for vintage photos of the buildings and some interesting history of Kiowa. Looking forward to coming back for breakfast.
