The food was good once we got served. Took a long time to get waited on and longer to get served. The cook took a break. The place seemed like they wanted local customers. They got served first.

Quaint little diner atmosphere here with delicious pie. The fried cheese curds are amazing — must try. I also recommend the chicken and dumpling soup, if it’s available. It reminds me of grandma’s house.

Great if you want to waste your day waiting for your food. We waited an hr and a half and finally walked out. Server was standing there counting her tips then held the couner up for while longer…go help the dang cook or something if you’re that backed up. Told us “it won’t be much longer”…waited another half hour and couldn’t wait any longer. Won’t be back and this is our regular stop. Went to G and G Diner and had our food in 10 minutes and it was great.

The service was terrible. First my family and I walked in and sat down we had to wait about 15 minutes before we had even been acknowledged.The worst part was the place wasn’t even busy .We were finally given menus and drink orders taken.The waitress was too busy talking to everyone to realize there were people coming in and waiting. When our order was taken, the waitress was very impatient and rude. When I turned to one of my girls to clarify what she wanted, the girls noticed the waitress roll her eyes. Needless to say her tip was most definately a reflection of her service. After we ordered and food came my granddaughter had found a hair in her food. I never mentioned it because it was already bad enough, Absolutely disgusting.

One of the only family friendly restaurants between Green Bay and Iron Mountain that is open past 2pm on a Sunday and doesn’t have a Bar as the focal point. Great food in a quiet little establishment. With 2 adults and 4 kids we all were able to eat something we wanted that wasn’t fast food. With breakfast served all day, even 2 kids were able to have M&M pancakes well after 2pm. There is also an ice cream parlor attached to the restaurant so made it easy for a sweet treat afterwards. And the small size was big!

We arrived an hour before closing, didn’t feel rushed, food was very reasonable in cost and very tasty. It’s a Very Quaint Small Town Dinner. We would certainly eat there again!

Took quite a while to get our food. It’s a family tradition for some reason when we come up, I’ve never enjoyed anything there, but they seem to like it, probably nostalgia. For someone new, it ain’t that great, personally.
