The chicken here tastes really good, I love the breading and everything, however my low rating is because the instant mashed potatoes and unseasoned, dry canned corn made the meal feel less good. Also the prices weren’t listed for anything.

Fried chicken was banging. I got a Chicken N BBQ plate. Was pretty good. Staff was nice and friendly as well. They don’t have their prices listed but it’s no pricier than fast food and it taste better.

I absolutely loved this place! Don’t let the rinky-dink exterior fool you. This place has phenomenal food. The sanitation is a 100 also which is a huge place. Employees are to die for and the owner is very nice too. 10/10 would recommend! I will definitely be back. Also their hush puppies are the best I’ve ever had!

First time visiting Patterson’s bbq. Chicken was good but what I really liked were those mouth watering, hot and fresh hush puppies. Friendly staff was safety aware. They had masks and gloves preparing the food. I definitely plan on visiting again… especially for those hot hush puppies

Great food. Cooked well. Very friendly owner and staff. The owner cooked a lemon pound cake from scratch. The cake was delicious and we brought half of the cake. We will be going back, as much as possible. The restaurant is very clean and very spacious.

That’s being nice. I live the family here. Prices are just right. However. What would be a reason to wait 25 mins for one cheeseburger. She said about 8 mins. I ordered it at 1105. I’m still sitting in my car waiting at 1125. Nice lady brought me my burger. She said call in next time.

I was on a roadtrip, and, seeking a gas station, diverged off my route into this town. Knowing North Carolina, I knew there would be a good bbq place somewhere. And oooh was I right! This place was a delight. I got the pork and doused in in sauce, tons of flavor. My friend got the fried chicken and enjoyed it as well. The service was also delightful. Overall, glad I stumbled upon this place.

We just got lucky by chance. Traveling from NJ to FL got off Hwy 95 looking for a quick lunch. Not into those fast food chains, I went onto maps and happened onto this place. Great bbq pork and cole slaw sandwiches, that we ordered another. The place was super clean and the staff very friendly. Keisha came to our table with our free refill of a glass of Pepsi. What a nice sweet young lady who was nice enough to share in a little chit chat. I would also like to add that bbq wasn’t the only item on the menu. I would have liked to taste their fried chicken, which looked yummy.

Me and my family are visiting from Virginia and we heard this place was the best in Fayetteville, and the rumors were true. This place is amazing. Great southern hospitality, amazing BBQ, and the fried chicken was the best we’ve had. Would recommend this place to anyone.
