LOVE this place, atmosphere eh, but it’s just take out (be advised, no bathroom available) but I didn’t want to downgrade my review for this great place for that. Ordered two very reasonable priced ($8) turkey avocado croissant sandwiches, so fresh and delish! The croissants are huge and so good, they’re made right there! Ordered them cut in half and pickles on the side, that’s exactly what we got. Proprietor was a lovely Vietnamese lady, so helpful and a very sweet smile and demeanor. We tried calling but it said office was closed but we went anyway since we were nearby. We were so glad we did! Would definitely go back when we’re driving through the area.

My daughter had the Strawberries and cream bubble waffle. which was absolutely excellent! I had a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and held the bagel due to allergies and Vietnamese, iced coffee. Very nice and accommodating staff. Be prepared to be patient and wait! They make everything fresh. Absolutely delicious

The employee’s were so sweet! I appreciated the small talk during our transaction. My boba tea drink was delicious and the sandwich bread was a little tough. But the food inside was fantastic! I would recommend expanding your pallet and trying the food!!!

Came in here for brekkie and coffee. I got two #58. Which was eggies, bacon and cheese and I added some avocado. It was missing some spice but the bacon helps w the contrast in flavor. I got a white chocolate iced coffee and my mom got a Vietnamese coffee. Both were strong and tasteful. Would deff come back for their Vietnamese sandos if I am in the area. It is takeout only but they have chairs to wait for ur food inside.
