Great vibes, great staff, friendly patrons, and good food. The pizza is what I keep coming back for as a STL native, their thin crust Mad Meat sub ham for green bell peppers, reminds me of home. Now, if they just get a better quality Italian sausage & crispy pepperoni, I’d really be addicted. ❤️

So thankful that my local watering hole remained a local watering hole during the new ownership change. I love the updates that are being done inside. The addition of live music is great! Also, the wings I had were great and I’m looking forward to trying other items off the menu. I have yet to meet the new owners in person. I’ve heard nothing but great things though. Thank you and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.

Patsy’s Pub makes a first class breaded tenderloin. nice thickness on the pork with crunchy breading. the grilled was also thick. our sides were so salty i couldn’t eat them. the onion rings so greasy we couldn’t eat those either. they replaced the tots but my first tot was so salty I spit it out and affected the rest of the meal. I’d go for the tenderloin and skip the sides. our server was great.

Went after work to relax and talk. Bar was basically empty, yet they blasted loud music for karaoke. Couldn’t hear the people I was with. It took over an hour for us to even see our food. By that point, we just left in frustration.

PHENOMENAL.
All across the board, attentive staff, the best Cuban I’ve ever had, and an all around clean friendly environment.if you want cold beer and good food look no further.

Never going back. Every time I’ve been in this bar I’ve felt super unwelcome. The staff seems angry with me each time I go and I will not be going back anytime soon. I came a few months back with my father on my 21st birthday and I was denied service. Which I am aware it’s store policy for some establishments to not serve until the next business day, I had a friend not long before me go on the night of his and get served. So it seems the policy is changed very rapidly. I went in one day just to have a beer on my way home, and the bartender was very unwelcoming and seemed very agitated that I was even in his presence. I’m still a little nervous as I’m still new to the bar scene when I go by myself, and while he did check on me after I finished my beer and he struck up some very light small talk it just seemed like I wasn’t wanted there and on top of that the first impression I got I was denied service.

Wednesday night trivia is amazing. Great bar for a fun time that has pool tables, darts, and good seating throughout. Staff always does a wonderful job.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this bar since 2006, back when it was Nate & CG’s. Over the years, I’ve watched it evolve through name changes, ownership, and staff turnover, but it’s always felt like a neighborhood staple worth supporting.

However, I feel compelled to share some serious concerns that have been growing for a while, particularly regarding one longtime bartender, April, who I believe started working here around 2018 or 2019.

In my time as a customer, I’ve observed April consistently display unprofessional behavior that negatively impacts the atmosphere and operations of the bar. These include:
• Refusing to serve certain paying customers based on personal bias, not on behavior or policy violations.
• Failing to assist during peak hours, often standing idle while servers are overwhelmed, which affects customer experience and staff morale.
• Playing favorites, offering discounted drinks or special treatment only to those she personally likes.
• Banning patrons based on personal grudges, rather than any justifiable or consistent standard.

This behavior is more than just frustrating, it’s toxic to the culture of a place that many of us have supported for years. The bar deserves staff who lift it up, not weigh it down. I say this with a heavy heart, but April has become a serious liability to this establishment. For the sake of the bar’s long-term health and reputation, I strongly believe she needs to be replaced.

I share this not out of spite, but out of genuine care for a place I’ve supported for nearly two decades. I hope management will take a hard look at what’s happening behind the bar and take the necessary steps to bring this place back to the standard we all know it’s capable of.

Sincerely,
A longtime, but disappointed customer

Rudest people I think I have ever encountered in a service industry. Walked in with a group of 8. They don’t have tables that seat more than 4. Without knowing we couldn’t slide tables together (we are from out of town and have never been here), we just started to move a table and chair. After the slightest of move, two of the bar tenders, standing behind the bar approximately 5 feet, started screaming, yelling, and whistling at us. We immediately started to put the table and chair back, they continued to yell and create a scene. First, I am not a four legged animal and do not deserve to be whistled at. Second, a simple statement of asking us not to move the tables would have worked. We are from Wisconsin and definitely don’t treat people like that and I am pretty positive this isn’t the norm for this area. We proceeded to walk out immediately. I am absolutely shocked and embarrassed for the way these people handled them selves. Hopefully someone can do some training with these people to explain to them how to treat people.
