Completely forgettable food bland, uninspired, and not worth the trip. The waitress was painfully awkward with zero people skills, radiating a strange hostility that instantly killed the mood. She truly doesn’t belong in a customer-facing role. The manager wasn’t much better: stiff, robotic, and equally lacking in warmth. The whole experience was a waste. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

When you ask a server a question, be prepared for a puzzled “Huh?” Maybe the music’s too loud, or maybe it’s just a generational thing, either way, clarity doesn’t seem to be on the menu.
The food looks great, almost too good. You can’t wait to dig in… until you actually do. The pizza doesn’t quite taste like pizza. The pie hits the table already halfway too cold. The mussels? Rubbery, with too many that never even opened. The short rib sounded promising, but the only highlight was the carrots. The meat itself was overcooked, drowning in sauce, and ultimately forgettable.
Patsy’s is a franchise, we know, but maybe this location should’ve been left off the roster. The space, once Park 143, probably came with a built-in crowd, but was that really enough reason to sign off on mediocrity?
I’ll give credit where it’s due: the interior is beautiful. The brick oven, the patio: great first impression. The staff is attentive, but there’s a roughness there, a bit of confusion that trickles down from the top. If they seem lost, it’s not hard to imagine the owners are too.
And whatever you do, skip the martinis. Unless, of course, you’re into vermouth soup with a splash of vodka, served in a tin “glass”.
In the end, Patsy’s is fine — just fine. But that’s the problem. For all its looks and potential, it doesn’t have a single thing going for it that would make you want to come back. I plan on revisiting after the holidays to see if anything has changed, ideally for the better.

I recently visited Patsy’s with a few friends and had an amazing time! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel like family. Alec is a fantastic host and made sure we were being taken care of throughout the night. We ordered a few appetizers and pizzas and everything was excellent. Patsy’s is a great addition to the neighborhood and I highly recommend to bring your friends and family to this establishment!

Lunch with friends we entered about 12:30 PM for salad and pizza took over two hours from start to finish. The service left a lot to be desired and would not be returning and the pizza was fair when they brought it to our table. It was cold. it looks like it’s been sitting around for a while.

Patsy’s Bronxville. Great remodel of space. Pizza a good start, sauce tad too much oregano, but good taste. I recommend ordering well done until they get their cadence down. Right now slinging a lot of pies out. Recommend giving it a try

Such an amazing first day at Patsys Bronxville! We got the Margarita Pizza and Caesar salad. The food was so amazing and the service was so quick.

We go back regularly because the vibe is friendly and relaxed – and the food is scrumptious. Most recently we did cocktails with a bunch of appetizers and their wonderful pizza – followed by delicious desserts and coffee. Our server was super efficient and attentive. This is a great spot.
