Yelp has been a wonderful resource for getting me to step out side of my comfort zone. Cause believe it or not I’ve actually turned down events in the past cause I didn’t want to go solo. However now I’m thankful that fear has evolved into only being my fear of missing out. Plus I’m trying to get my hands on as much Yelp swag as I can. What can I say, besides my love for food. Collecting things is another one of my hobbies too.

As for my first impression of Patsy’s I can see a lot of potential. Starting with the about us section on the website. You both need an introduction because the two of you together are the faces behind Patsy’s delicious food legacy. The picture of you both is perfect. I’d also recommend adding pictures to your online menu to help in case you get tourist that don’t know what an item is. Plus adding your ingredients for peeps keeping track of their diet.

Branding is everything get your logo on stickers, totes, reusable cups, to-go containers etc. This is a great way for your customers to help you advertise in their homes or on the go. Plus if you host a monthly giveaway on social media. You’d have your customers post pics, tag you with your merch & food for an opportunity to win a free meal/merch. Plus that’s inexpensive advertising for you. You could even reach out to the schools on island to generate buzz with an art contest. Winners get to help had some color to your white walls. Plus a free meal, merch & recognition on your accounts with a picture too.

You have a great space. Maybe rent out time slots to clubs or for parties. Plus you could cater. Although you should definitely find some of grandmas dessert recipes to add to the menu. Cause I have a sweet tooth & I know I’m not alone.

Also thank you for a wonderful experience today. Your customer service values is what makes me want to support businesses like yourself. Plus the spicy tuna temaki was delicious. My only suggestion would be to have two different sizes. Regular like todays & mini bite size versions if possible.

Until next time.

XOXO,

Local spot with delicious and affordable food, and a great staff! They don’t skimp on the portions either. We ordered the Mochiko pork, which I still dream about. It was SO GOOD, I forgot to take a picture. Only con is that their food is so good, they sell out quick so you gotta order from them ahead of time!

They’re located in the parking lot of Pacific Pipe, so there’s lots of street parking even if there aren’t spots in the lot. They have a rotating menu, with one constant: their signature tempura chicken bites. Haven’t tried it yet, but I’ve heard good things! They don’t always have a vegetarian option, so follow their page on Instagram to see what they’re serving for the week. Will post pictures when I come back for more!

Mikey makes his food with Love and Aloha! I love the ability to pre order a day or two in advance and the comfort of picking it up ready made! Comfort food like his Grandma made it. Shoyu chicken was so ONO! and the Chicken bites are such a treat.
Mahalo Nui for feeding the people!
