Everything was delicious!! We had the crab and shrimp fritters, the calamari, the Ozzie rolls, blackened prime rib (12oz) and the drunken ribeye. I had an Arnold Palmer. He has sprite. They did not disappoint. It’s a very busy restaurant but well organized, clean and they have friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Patsy’s American is unexpectedly huge for a restaurant. The back area has a large trendy bar that is like to visit some time. The atmosphere is upbeat and inviting. Overall the cocktails were good, food was great and service exceptional. There’s plenty of free parking out front. This is a place I’ll definitely go back to next time I visit Virginia again.

Patsy’s is always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Their consistency is one of the best things about them, being one of the GAR’s, you know to expect quality food, service, and environment. We showed up for lunch after an appointment and it wasn’t long before the place filled up. For appetizers we got the blue crab and shrimp fritters, and today went with the pulled pork sandwich and the goat cheese and pecan salad with grilled chicken. Any GAR is one of my go tos and our 1 year old loved the kids smoked salmon!

Great restaurant and an excellent solo dining experience on a business trip. I ordered the drunken ribeye, which came with a house salad—absolutely phenomenal. The ribeye itself was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection.
For dessert, I had the bread pudding with white chocolate, and it was honestly out of this world.
Top-tier customer service from start to finish. Strong execution across food, service, and overall experience.
10/10 — would absolutely recommend.

Really nice restaurant for lunch or dinner! My husband and I went out for a lunch date and we really enjoyed the food here. Our main dish was really delicious, but the bread pudding was the real winner!! It was perfect!!

They have a lot of beers on tap and I’m definitely a beer girl— so I tried 2 different beers.

The building is so beautiful and well decorated. It reminded me of a train station in Europe. The staff were really nice and got our order in promptly. It was a lovely place to eat and we enjoyed ourselves. Can’t wait to come back again!

I visited this wonderful location on New Year’s Eve for a solo dinner date, and they did not disappoint. The parking lot was very clean with plenty of available parking. Upon entering, I was seated immediately. Since it was my first visit, I ordered several items to get a feel for the menu—10 out of 10, no notes. I would highly recommend.

Justin was my waiter, and even though I arrived during a shift change, his service truly made a difference. He was attentive and welcoming. The manager, Shelley, was also very kind—extremely helpful and polite. I absolutely enjoyed this experience and will definitely be returning.

We had such a fantastic experience at Patsy’s. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere with quick and friendly service. The food was also very tasty. I was also surprised at the prices, especially for the cocktails as everything was relatively very affordable.
Can’t wait to come back!

Patsy’s is fantastic – another hit from the Great American restaurants. Vibe is upscale casual and food is American. Next door are Best Buns, their bakery and coffee shop, and on the other side Randy’s, a higher end steak and seafood house. All three are excellent. Patsy’s menu has lots of great options. Food is always spot on and consistent, and service is top notch. Some of our favorite items include the spinach dip, the steak frites, and the crab cakes. Ozzie rolls are a must to start and the French fries are phenomenal. We love this place for date night, meal with kids, or business lunch. Rare to find such a good and consistent restaurant and cozy vibe. Excellent – highly recommend!

Great food in a well run establishment. The decor is modern, the furnishings are attractive and everything is spotlessly clean. Service is very good. The wait times may get long during peaks as Patsy’s is a popular dining spot. This is an upgrade from the chain restaurant that once occupied this space. We loved the salmon salad, the barbecue Sandwich, the cheeseburger, and the steak salad that our party ordered. Service was polite and efficient. Every aspect of our meal was the way it should be. We will return to Patsy’s again with high expectations.

I had a wonderful time at Patsy’s American, the staff was great. The food was great especially the lobster roll. I’ve had the salmon, different salads and other entrees and everything has been good. Plenty of space and parking! We’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait.
