Recently held my baby shower with my wife there and stars cant show how amazing the service, staff, and food was. The room was decorated so beautiful that there was no need to add anything and the owner was so accommodating and kind. We live over an hour away, but so worth the drive because the food was truly so amazing. We got to play whatever music we wanted, it was very private and even though our party was roughly 50 guest parking was easy, with the front and back lot and street parking. My wife and I left very happy and our guest have not stopped talking about the ambience and food.

One of the best hole in the wall places (if you could even call it that) still around.

The food is exceptional, the service is outstanding, the aura is beautiful.

This is a REAL, GENUINE Italian restaurant. This is what others should aspire to be. The bread they serve is absolutely remarkable as well! The best!

Jersey knows excellent food, even better than NY at times, and I’m from NY. They’ve been in business for 40 years. Here’s to another 40!

The food is great. The only problem is if you’re an American gypsy which basically holds this place up, they will charge you triple to 4 times the amount of one plate of dinner.

For an appetizer, three dinners and a picture of soda they charge me $380 It’s not worth it. Little Charlie’s is cheaper and better go there

When you start caring about your customers, and when you start not charging ridiculously, then I’ll change my review

This is absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants in New Jersey. Their sangria is out of this world. Beautiful rooms, excellent bar. We ordered the Blue Point Oysters, Fried calamari, stuffed artichoke, and shrimp balls for our appetizers and they were all very good. For our main course we ordered the stuffed salmon, chicken Marsala, and the Cajun sword fish, everything was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, our hostess was the most friendliest person, our waiter was very friendly and courteous. We didn’t have to ask for any refills on any drinks. We will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable.

I parked in a lot next to Patsy’s — not their main parking area — and nothing made it reasonably clear in those conditions that it belonged to them or was restricted. It was an honest mistake. The car was there for around an hour, the lot was mostly empty with plenty of open spaces, and the lot itself is a good distance from the restaurant with no valet or staff present on site.

Even if there is signage somewhere, it clearly wasn’t visible or obvious enough for a normal person to realize, yet they still chose to tow the car within about an hour despite there being no urgency and no shortage of parking.

The towing company Patsy’s partners with then charged over $300 in storage and payment fees, including charges that NJ Consumer Affairs later required to be refunded, and they refused to release the vehicle while still charging storage for days. During that time, I had to rely on Ubers to get home and get around, adding even more unnecessary cost and inconvenience. It took nearly two months working with investigators before the towing company finally issued the refund — the investigator even had to follow up more than once before they complied.

Patsy’s is responsible for the vendors they choose and how their policies impact people. Partnering with such an aggressive towing company and allowing something like this to happen — especially when the neighboring lot wasn’t full, the car wasn’t there long, and it wasn’t even clear the lot belonged to them — says a lot. The experience was unnecessary, stressful, and entirely avoidable, and people should be aware of how they handle situations like this. Because of this, I won’t be dining at Patsy’s going forward, and I’d strongly encourage others to think carefully before choosing to do so.
