We went today to order at 8:20pm and they were already locking the doors. There’s a sign that says last entrance at 8:30pm even though they close at 9pm. They did not let me in. There’s been another time when we decided to eat in and they started pulling up chairs around us even though there was almost an hour left to close. They forget my carrots all of the time in my salad so I had to start asking for extra carrots so they wouldn’t forget. We gave our business elsewhere and will be from now on.

Ordered 20 wings. They literally put 18 wings. As pricey as wings have become they didn’t give us what we paid for. We didnt get the celery either. We called and young lady said we can make you 2 wings and that she didn’t prepare the food. This place is going down hill. The customer service has become a joke.

I order Pat’s weekly. Simple order. Large cheese pizza. The result is inconsistent, and tonight it’s overcooked—dark brown crust… brown cheese. Not happy. I love pizza night and hate paying for pizza that I will not enjoy because it is overcooked.

I didn’t have a problem with the quality of the food. However, one of our salads was missing ingredients that were originally part of the salad and an item that was checked on the options also failed to make it into the salad. Our food was delivered so we called in. If you like having a manager argue with you about their mistakes, eat here. We asked for what belonged in the salad. He said onions. We didn’t get that. The answer, suddenly became it doesn’t come with onions. For our trouble, I get 5 dollars on my next order. Which only benefits the restaurant because I don’t plan on ordering again.

I ordered through my computer and ask for cheese on the side of my meatball sandwich and I got a phone call from Pat’s confirming no cheese. My food arrived early and it was delicious I had the fried shrimp and meatball sandwich (no Cheese). Definitely calling or ordering through the web. GREAT JOB

In terms of pizza you could do far worse. Though, I must implore you to always order your pizzas well done, ESPECIALLY the square pizzas. It makes it taste better and is healthier to do so. Science has shown that cooking a pizza well done activates chemicals which bring out the natural nutrients in the sauce, cheese, and crust to make it last longer and provide more nutrition. So, do your body and taste buds a favor and get your pizzas cooked well done wherever you go!

So I called to order for Pickup from this store that said they close at 9pm. They answered the phone and said they were not taking any more orders. It was 810pm. The young lady who answered said they weren’t taking any orders and transferred me to manager. Manager said it was her call and they weren’t taking anymore orders. I asked her name and she said she didn’t have to give me her name and abruptly hung up on me. Crazy part is I have praised this place to any and everyone that’s in Delaware or is driving through to stop here and try their food. I stop quite often at this restaurant for food when driving through but will never ever stop again as long as this young lady works at this establishment. Some young lady managing a restaurant without customer service have caused this establishment to lose a customer that has been coming there since the early 90’s. The young lady would not reveal her name. So I will say she was manager on last shift on March 30th around 8pm-815. She’s a disgrace to your establishment and have no business being a manager. Seems to me that she has experience with treating customers like trash. She needs to go and it’s very easy to find out who she is. I’ll take my money elsewhere and support those places that are more customer friendly. I would give them zero stars if I could. Peace

This place is great for pizza, salads, and some appetizers. Wanted to give 5 stars but it was very disappointing when I ordered boneless chicken wings for a friend’s birthday only to find plain nuggets-that’s right chicken NUGGETS with dipping sauce. It’s a shame when Dairy Queen has real wings that are bangin but Pats? Nuggets. Pressed, formed chicken like you buy for your toddler in the frozen food section of your grocery store. For what they’re charging you should get the real thing not a sorry substitute.
