Food is usually good, went in Tuesday to pick up my bf’s order and the “Manager” was straight up yelling at some girl for not having it ready. She looked like she was bullying a new girl, I’be seen her in there a few times. Food was OK, just happy with the price and value because it’s close. Idk if I’ll be back.

I stopped in on November 6th, 2025, around 11:45 AM, and was greeted by a super nice girl at the counter. She made sure I had everything I needed—plates, napkins, the works. The service was awesome, and they always have great food deals. Really appreciate the good vibes here.❤️❤️

I ordered chicken finger sub and they made it how I asked for it to be made…other than misspelling my name(cooler spelling by the way), I loved the sub and price was perfecto . The customer service is on point! Definitely going to order again!
Edit: After letting few bad made orders slide this past year, I had to edit my original 5star review. My order was simple, small pizza with extra cheese. Instead I got a pepperoni pizza. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you correct them. “Sorry” is not enough to make up for more than 40 minutes wait time, 10 minutes walk back home and then realizing what’s wrong and spend 10 more minutes back to pats then wait 10-15 for my new properly made pizza. I shouldn’t have to ask for a manager, and I didn’t. I’m simply taking my money elsewhere.

This place is super close but I’ve never tried it. They sent a mailing and we won a free small pizza. Pretty impressed. I just wished it could’ve been cooked a minute or two longer. Other then that it was delicious and I would order again.

I like this place a lot and order all the time because I live nearby I have no complaints reliable and reasonably priced. Not the best pizza in buffalo in my opinion. But I think buffalonians are picky and spoiled when it comes to people.

I’d come here again and they have slices even late! The woman who took my order was really great. They have slices of many types of cheesecake too.
The pizza is a little thinner than “thick Buffalo-style pizza” and definitely thicker than NY-style pizza. The sauce was flavorful and I’d be happy to eat here again.

The woman behind the counter openly said she wasn’t answering the phone because she “didn’t want to,” which explains why I had to call six times just to place an order. Another employee, a cook, was the one who finally answered. While I was waiting, she complained about her coworkers in front of the three customers who were there, and she even forgot part of another customer’s order. Her appearance was unprofessional especially her hair, and the entire experience felt disorganized and chaotic. This was my first time visiting, and it will be my last.

Lady taking the order was rude and had an attitude, I ordered a sheet and 50 wings saucy. The wings wasn’t saucy and they charged me $1.03 for a little thing of sauce. I should of checked my pizza cause when I got home it was over cooked and had 6 to 7 burnt cheese bubbles on it ( I have pictures). I called to talk to the manager and she wasn’t available explained whats was wrong to the rude lady that took my order in the first place and I was told the manager will call me back, still waiting that was 8/9/25.
