I had a chicken cheesesteak and my husband had a Philly cheesesteak. We got ours hoagie style (with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions). Both came with french fries. The price was reasonable. We liked how the food came to our table already boxed (shown in the pictures). I would say the food tasted good – standard cheesesteaks. I would have preferred more seasoned chicken that was juicier, but it was good. Toppings were fresh. We ate there and were impressed with how clean the restaurant is!!!

I ordered two plain medium pizzas from this location 3 days ago. The order was wrong. They actually called me and asked me to bring it back…yes, “bring it BACK” as if they were going to give the order that I had in my hand, car, and house to another customer. I didn’t think that was even legal. When I told them, no, I wanted them to deliver the right food, I was told they were “really busy right now” and if I didn’t want to wait, I should bring my order back and pick up the correct food. I asked for a credit.
Tonight I cashed that credit in and ordered some other things to go with it. Below is $4 worth of “extra” mushrooms. Refund me. Refund me! You guys CAN NOT BE SERIOUS!

Horrible! Worst food I’ve had from any pat’s location. We ordered a white pizza, which wasn’t white but basically a regular cheese pizza without sauce. The wings were burnt but cold when they arrived, and one of them was the smallest wing I’ve ever seen. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my boyfriend and I both started having bad stomach pains within 10 minutes after eating. Photos are of the “white pizza” and the baby wing that counted as 1 of 10 wings. Very disappointed, didn’t bother calling and complaining as we will not be returning.

Don’t even try and call an hour or 2 before they close (10pm) here at Drexel Hill location. I called at 8:45pm for a simple large plain pie and the employee told me it’s to late and they are closed lmfao. What a joke. Don’t order at this incompetent location. 1 star for trashy customer service.
