Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with ranch instead of bleu cheese for pickup. Arrived and paid for my food, then had to wait for the cashier to finish complaining to her coworker about last Friday’s help. Wrap was sitting on the counter behind her. Left with my bag and opened it up to eat on the road. Buffalo sauce leaking inside container and outside of it, which got on my shorts, staining them. No napkins were given with my order. Wrap tasted bland and found a packet of ranch salad dressing in the bottom of the bag. Not sure how I am expected to apply it to my wrap, which is already folded up. Will not be returning to this establishment, which does not care about the customer experience. Check out Spukie’s n Pizza down the road instead.

Omg I love their chicken Parmesan with ziti, extra sauce, add red pepper flakes and wow!! The portion is so big I have eaten it 2 days in a row for lunch and it still tastes good each time! Food cooked in decent time from ordering. Also go to spot for a large slice of pizza . Place is kept clean and everyone working here is friendly.

Pats Pizza is hands down the best pizza in Massachusetts and that’s no exaggeration. I love the plain cheese pizza. Very simple but so good. Great cheese, fantastic sauce and solid crust. Whoever has the 2nd best pizza is a distant second.

I stopped coming here years ago due to their bad and rude attitude. I decided to give them another try and nothing has changed. Whether you go in the store or on the phone someone has a smart reply. At first I said they are just racist but at this point it could be both racist and lack of professionalism. How they are still in business is a mystery considering the food isn’t that great either and has no flavor.

Very good pie. Thinner bottom undercarriage which was on the crunchy side. Dough you could tell was made fresh in house. Cheese and sauce had a great ratio. Looking forward to going back. I picked up my pie almost an hour late ♂️ Next time I’m sure it’s gonna be even better.

I placed an order for the first time. The food was excellent. They did warn me the delivery could take up to 60 Minutes on a busy Saturday night. I was in no rush. The food arrived in about 45 minutes. It was piping hot!. I got the chicken marsala dinner, in which the portion was enormous. It was excellent, and I would definitely order again.
