We love their salads and also the specials. You can count on good food at a great price…all the time. This nice owner managed dining place and bar are just yummy. The Lunches are alway a favorite for working people of Hotchkiss..and not matter who you are..lunch and dinner are dependable and consistantly quallity food.

I didnt get to try the food. I paid and walked out after waiting for an hour for it to come. I sat in the table by the front window. The glass of water came in a dirty glass. The fly catchers were everywhere and nobody tried to hide them. The kitchen was greasy and dirty as well when I walked back there to find somone to pay. CLEAN UP YOUR PLACE! Clean the glasses….clean the floors….clean the kitchen…..hide the fly traps….be BETTER! You will likely go out of business eventually if you dont. I hope you do better and sell more food. Hotchkiss needs a good place like this.

Ordered mushroom Swiss to go. I didn’t wait very long at all. Waitress was very punctual and friendly. She was on the floor by herself doing everything FOH with a smile on her face. Even while busy. Great experience and AMAZING BURGER highly suggested eat here if coming to Hotchkiss. I will be a returning customer.

Literally the worst food I ever had. For me to take a bite of a steak and just ask for the check is something I never done it was that bad. Got the fried steak and it tasted terrible and it was like biting into a car tire. My wife took a bite out of the Philly steak sandwich and it it felt like it was made with meat and salt. Never ever, ever going there again.

Cute, small town restaurant. We got the chicken salad and The Hotchkiss Burger. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We’ve been in the area for a week and a half and have eaten here 4 times already!!

Great little bar and grill in Hotchkiss Colorado. Basic bar food. Great sandwiches and salads. Fully stocked bar with a wide variety of selections. Daily specials. Waitress was super friendly even though she was the only on serving the entire restaurant. Good portions and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

I am editing past review and going from 3 stars to 4. So we ate at Pat’s again last night with friends from out of town. Food was really good. We had a Cabin Fever special, a Hotchkiss burger, a Ruben and chicken taco salad. Again, a new server who was friendly and attentive. Good night out.
(From previous review)… The wood interior and outdoorsy decor is welcoming to folks in casual attire, hunters and bikers visiting the North Fork Valley. Like many restaurants we’ve visited, Pats seems to go through its share of employees. I dont think we’ve ever seen a server 2xs. They too have a full bar both inside the dining area and on the back patio. Food portions have been right for the price paid and were served hot. We like Pat’s much better than PJ’s across the street.
