No trip to beautiful southwest Arizona would be complete without a day in the artsy booming quirky city of Bisbee. As I was making my way down past the vintage cars and brightly dressed store fronts, I saw an electric pink shop with scores of people gathered around it. Patisserie Jacqui! I rushed to see what the excitement was. To my sheer delight, beyond the glass windows were row after row of the most stunningly gorgeous pastries and desserts I ever scene. And I’ve been to Paris! I jumped in line and had such fun choosing savory and sweet croissants for the road. The customer service was outstanding, I did not feel rushed and the lady did not get frustrated as I changed my mind. I happily gathered up my hot pink bag deciding to hit the road rather than sit in the small cozy outdoor space next to the shop. I could write an epistle on how scrumptious both savory and sweet croissants were. We devoured them while picnicking a few hours later. No way could I pick a favorite! What a find! An absolute MUST stop when in the area!

Excellent patisserie…big, flakey croissants with delicious almond frangipan filling like I’ve never had before. I want to know who this Jacqui is cause they know how to bake for real! I will be making the trip to Bisbee more often for PJ. Heavenly pastries!

We nabbed a pistachio and raspberry tart along with a generously portioned lemon bar. The lemon bar curd was perfectly balanced between mildly tart and just sweet enough. The pistachio cream in the tart was divinely textured with a small pinch of a raspberry coulis on top. Note, they have a patio to the side of the building if you’re wanting to enjoy on the spot! We can’t wait for our next trip to Bisbee so we can get another treat.

Always delicious and always worth the drive! Love trying different flavored tarts, always excellent. Then there are the everyday favorites like the lemon bar, the passion fruit cheesecake, and the peanut butter rice krispie treats. Everything is as tasty as it looks!

I have been here a few times and I always forget to post! Lets be honest its usually because I eat everything before I can get a picture! Everything here is so amazing and you cannot go wrong with what you decide. Make sure to get here early before everything runs out! We try to get there before they open since there is usually a line! Im drooling thinking about the tarts here

I had been to Bisbee a couple of times and faintly remembering passing this gem, but it wasn’t until today when it became a goal to go there as soon as my boyfriend and I parked. We chose the berry tart with almond cream and the classic éclair – and let me tell you – they were worth the trek. We also ordered coffee and they kindly made sure we had a newly brewed pot and brought it out to us on the patio. Their patio, by the way, is an adorable nook that is a wonderful place to enjoy your pastry while people watching. As we left, I made a note of every other thing I wanted to try later.

When I walked by this shop, I was certain they were fake pastries in the window. They were looked impeccably, delicious! And, they were. Tried Pumpkin bar, Blue velvet dome, and Pistachio croissant. I’d give 10 stars if I could. It’s a good thing I live very far away.

I have never had such amazing pastries in my life and I go out of my way to find every bakery I can. I bought 9 pastries in total (ate the other ones before I could take photos! Oops!) and every single one of them was just WOW. Not overly fake sweet but just the perfect amount of moist, sweet, and flavorful. I have no complaints about any of it. Yes it’s kinda pricy but can you honestly make these amazing treats at home? I know I can’t. It’s an art and I’m so happy I found a place that does this art well.

Amazing variety of sweet and savory pastries and desserts. We had a tart and a cheesecake. The tart was delicious and the cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had. Unique flavors like passion fruit, prickly pear, etc. Dog-friendly patio and COVID safe with a walk-up window to order. Highly recommended!
