Hoping all the 5 star reviews don’t overcrowd the place, but seriously, these are the best pastries this side of France! The orange rolls, the cruffins, the chocolate chip cookies, the sourdough bread loaves (as good or better than my own homemade); and I could go on. Best cappuccinos around. I like them plain, not sugared up and they really have a great coffee flavor. Now for the location. Nestled amongst the western woods of Edwardsville, enjoy the folksy tunes inside whilst watching birds flutter by the big windows framing the woods or sit out on the patio and hear their tunes cheer your morning. This sweet spot transforms into a pizza and wine venue in the evenings. A very special place. Wishing it much success!! I’ll see you there.

There backed goods are some of the best I have had. Brick oven baked goods are the way to go. The staff is very friendly and the owners are second to none on providing a great experience. This is a great place to have a nice relaxing morning breakfast. Their coffee service is exceptional. I have been there many times and the quality is always the highest.

Patisserie 29 iis on par with patisseries I have frequented in Paris and other cities abroad. The attention to detail and care in the crafting of these delicious bites is evident in every selection. Matt goes above and beyond to create food experiences that are deliciously memorable. I especially enjoy the cruffins and the cheese rolls.

Even though my cappuccino was forgotten, the pastry was delicious and made up for this. Staff were very friendly and I could tell felt bad my order never arrived to my table. They were very busy. I ate my pastry there and ended up getting my cappuccino to go. Both were delicious separately and I image even more amazing when enjoyed together. I’ll definitely be back.
