Surprisingly some of the best sushi and not the type of restaurant where you’d expect it!
They also have a regular menu with a wide selection of sandwiches, wraps and more, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with live music right on the water. A great local hangout spot.

Absolutely loved the vibe. Food was great, ordered pretzel bites and others like the Cuban and ceasar chicken salad. Only got a picture of mine the others dug in before I had a chance. The band Shore Thing was playing, great music ,fun and dancing. Shout out to Ginger our server

We love going to patio’s and sitting on the deck looking at the intercoastal! The food is great and reasonably price. Our favorites are the Reuben, coconut shrimp, and their new sushi rolls. The scallop special was delicious! The sushi is the best we’ve had in the area and we keep coming back for it.

Consistently excellent food and service over all the years we’ve been going to Patios. The outdoor patio is nice and can be relaxing or lively depending on whether there is live music or karaoke or not. We’re in our mid-fifties and felt very comfortable there, not too old and not too young. A must-visit when in Little River!

Outstanding experience! Our food was hot and fresh (Fish Sandwich/Italian Garlic Turkey Grilled sandwich) Potato salad homemade and some of the best French Fries around. Plenty of signature mixed drinks to choose from along w traditional favorites.
The Horny Chihuahua Margarita is a spicy yet refreshing drink. The Bougie Bloody Mary was also a good choice. Our waitress was an older gal (didn’t catch her name) provided menu/drink suggestions as well w fast and efficient service. Live band playing on the outside patio played a variety of tropical Tiki Bar songs including Of course those of the Master of all things tropical Jimmy Buffett. What a great place to have discovered. Plus the outdoor table we enjoyed provided us w a waterfront view on a beautiful warm NC afternoon.

What a fun, funky, eclectic place! All ages dancing, singing along with families chilling having dinner on the deck over the river. Beautiful trees with moss hanging, parking was a bit wild but they have someone offering rides on a golf cart.

Amazing music and a great spot to grab the gals or guys to go get a drink. The food is limited to mostly appetizers and sandwiches. My favorite thing was the trio appetizer. However, one of the things on the menu was now different. The waitress was super sweet and knew the menu like the back of her hand. We road motorcycles, and it had great parking availability.

First visit. Food was good. Lovely location. Needs a deep clean. Apparently they are closed for a month following our visit and many menu items unavailable. Perhaps the cleaning will happen during this closure. Server was honest, friendly and attentive. Pet friendly patio.

This place was a fantastic find. Right on the river. The music was awesome. The Food was even better. I had the Reuben sandwich that they’re famous for. It comes with chips, however, for I think an extra dollar you can get french fries. I got french fries. Both the sandwich and the fries were terrific.
